“I live in Atlanta, but visiting my dad in Montgomery. My tire picked up a bolt and losing pressure fast. I had to leave town quickly, so my dad took me to his go-to, Don Duncan’s Auto. To my surprise, I received the red carpet treatment! Everyone had a smile and an enthusiastic greeting, 4 different employees shook my hand, and Mr. Duncan was very attentive to my “small” problem. Last but not least, they patched up my tire at NO CHARGE and got me out of town on time! In my experience, a lot of other shops would have taken advantage of that situation to upsell me, but they didn’t. I truly appreciate their integrity and hope to avail myself of their maintenance services next time I am visiting.”

“So it seems like there are a lot of "I was traveling through, when this happened" reviews... Well, here's another one: Heading south for a funeral on the gulf coast from NC and the TPMS went off. We travel with a mini 12v air compressor and as I am filling up the front right tire, my wife tells me she can hear it coming out as fast as I am putting it in. Being that Sexton was right off the interstate, we zipped in with a rapidly deflating tire at 330pm... on a FRIDAY! They got us fixed up, and back on the road before closing. I thought we would be renting a car and leaving it there, but the guys did a great job. Thanks to all involved, and for giving that little bit extra.Service: Tires”

“I went into the Costco Tire Center to replace 2 front tires, wore out badly due to bad alignments. All 4 tires were Michelin tires purchased from Costco before.Associate was very friendly and quick to explain the root problem and recommended to replace all 4 tires.After reviewing it further together, only 3 tires really needed replacement (reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars). Unfortunately, no warranty coverage due to alignment issue.Ended up paying around $770 for 3 Michelin tires.Job was done correctly and quickly.Good experience overall.”

“1,000,000 starsAugust 2023 I was riding back from ATL airport to New Orleans, my truck broke down with 2 of my friends that were visiting me from Italy and 2 dogs they brought me!It was in the middle of the night. Called a tow truck and he took us to an hotel he saw what was wrong with my truck and recommended a shop that was just across the street from the hotel.In the morning first thing we walked to Kellys service and explained the situation! They immediately took us in!
