Heath knew exactly what seal i was asking about, while another local shop told me that my truck didnt have a seal in it ??♂️. “I had a great experience at Gray's Tire thanks to Justin Halley. I stopped by because my company vehicle had recently flagged for a tire rotation after an oil change, and I wasn't familiar with the approval process required through our fleet management program.
Justin took the time to explain how the process works and set clear expectations for what would and would not be approved based on the current condition of my tires. Even though new tires were unlikely to be approved at this time, he was happy to get my vehicle into the shop for a rotation. During the inspection, he discovered a nail in one of my tires and quickly arranged to have it repaired.
What could have been a confusing process was made easy and seamless thanks to Justin's knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help. I left with a better understanding of the fleet process moving forward and appreciated how efficiently everything was handled. Excellent customer service from start to finish!”
