We had to make a last minute stop here before camping trip because we didn't have enough room in our car for everything we had to take. I bought a rack last minute, and my car was already full so I couldn't even drive it home. Marquarius Grant assembled the entire thing for me, but what is more is that he was so friendly and never made me feel like it was an inconvenience. He made it seem like this is the way he treats every customer, and I actually believe that he does! He was so friendly and helpful, and he deserves a raise! 10/10 customer service

I am truly disgusted with this tractor supply and lazy manager. I frequent this tractor supply for various products but more so for dog food. I run a kennel, and they carry the brand of dog food I use (Victor). However, whenever I go to this store, it's never on the shelf, so I have to ask an employee to get it from the back for me. 99% of the time, it's in the back on a pallet. For the most part, I'm able to get it when I ask someone to grab it for me. However, there's this one older white guy who I believe is a manager who is absolutely lazy and never wants to retrieve the product from the back. His excuse is always "come back tomorrow, that's when they'll stock the shelf." He's never any help and, most times, not doing anything but walking around the store. There was one occasion there was a woman manager I complained to and asked for customer service's number, while that man was in the store and gave the same excuse he always does and she went back there and retrieved it for me. It is absolutely aggregious that this man is at work most all the time when I come in and doesn't seem to want to work or help when asked. If you don't want to work, then don't show up or find something/somewhere else to be. I was in there this past Sunday 10/20 and literally had to go back the next day Monday and asked someone yo grab they bag of dog food from the back and they had no problem doing so. When I was checking out, he was walking in the store looking like he was just getting there. Thank God he wasn't, or I probably would have gotten the same freaking excuse. Can you please keep this dog food stocked, as so customers won't have to make extra trips to get their product!!!!!

Worse TSC location. 1st store is always unorganized. Everytime I have placed an online order it is always jacked up. never ready when they say it's ready then when you get there and jist go tp get it yourself the employees are supposed to help you they go back there with me , then someone else ask them something and they walk of lf with them . It has happened 3 different times! Like I am not even there and they were not helping me. One time a girl said give her 5 minutes. 25 minutes later she still had not come back some other guy come by me and said give him just a few minutes he will be right back. 20 minutes later no 1 came back Over an hour of my life I will not get back because of my online order that was suppose to be ready . so today I'll gavrle it another chance order online one bag of horse feed 1 salt block. Not ready, Cashier asked other employees to help. He looked at me like I was stupid. So I just grabbed the cart to get it myself. No feed on the shelf. Asked a girl , she went to the the back, came back and said, its on the bottom of the pallets. and they do not unload until tomorrow. I canceled my order and will not be back. Most ridiculous location. Smdh..

Waited 45 minutes for the vet to come. Nobody in the store could tell me anything about it.
Even without the vet fiasco the staff is not usually very helpful or friendly the few times I venture out to the store.

Always been a big fan of tractor supply, and always will be. The store here in Montgomery is definitely one of the best stores to me . The workers here are always nice and very respectful. I always find what I'm looking for here to clothes and tools . Truck tool boxes. Tonight I picked up a couple of nice warm and durable jackets. Very good prices. Thanks again tractor supply.

Web site shows they have 18 in stock. Went to store and was told to return tomorrow. They were on a pallet that was cover by other pallets and cant reach them...SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called and ask to save 2 and was told to come back to the store they would get to them. When I arrived the second time I was again told they would not get to them and to return again.. lost a $150.00 sale. Idiots in charge.

The tractor supply in Montgomery is understaffed. If an employee does not know the answer to something you can’t get a manager to come to the phone and answer the question. They are baby chicks are often mis-identified in the bins. You would think that tractor supply would care if they are selling sick chicks to their customers. It looks like Prattville farm supply will get my business from now on.
