Had a Mango Berry Cosmo on yesterday. It was NOT good at all. I won't call out the girl who did it, but y'all need to train your workers to know how to make smoothies because mine was NASTY- I had to throw away a costly smoothie. I won't go back to this location again!

My daughters and I had lunch here for the first time and were so pleased!! The portions were a very good size, and the food was full of flavor! The ladies working were so pleasant and helpful! We are definitely going back and will try smoothies next time!

It's really hard to classify this place as "fast food". It's certainly a cut above, with healthy options, fresh food, and calorie counts on the menu. Pleasant people work here. The service is fast and efficient. The interior gives off a relaxed Carribean beach vibe. Their takeout system works very efficiently. They gave a great App to order and they prep it quickly. The frozen smoothies are a treat on a hot Gump day. Well done folks!! You've raised the bar for fast food.

Unfriendly staffs. My little child just got out the surgery and he wanted a smoothie. After I ordered in person, I asked if they could bring out to the car that I parked right in the door. She refused and said “we don’t do it”. I understand that, but they should consider depending on the situation.

Went o. To order a smoothie and the cashier gave me the nastiest look and was not friendly at all. I asked if she was good because of her attitude . She said just nodded. Horrible service . I won't go back .

There’s a very rude employee name Brittany. Has no clear training in customer service and noticeably little home training. I hope she has no management position.

I am not over exaggerating when I say this! This is the rudest and most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. The lead server TANIA, messed my DoorDash order up and had me come pick it up. I had to ask for a compensation for that terrible inconvenience of driving when I paid tropical smoothie and DoorDash! I was denied any compensation for my inconvenience and it’s safe to say Tania didn’t try and didn’t care to try to make the mistake any better! When I arrived Tania opened the door with an attitude. She gave no greeting or an apology. She only gave a nasty smirk and a huge eye roll with a side of a sassy turn as she walked off. When I finally received the cold food, she gave it with an attitude and no apology or explanation. She continued throughout the interaction. When I asked for the first and last name of the manager she claimed she really didn’t know and proceeded to give the manager’s first name. She lied. She then refused to give her name but gave the first name. I then thanked the staff that didn’t try to make anything better and wished them a happy holidays. Tania needs to seriously be dealt with. She’s extremely rude and doesn’t care about tropical smoothie as a brand, the customers, customer service, or how fellow employees that she is currently influencing. As a current salesman, I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the treatment, lack of care, and lack of leadership in this business. It is my highest hope and concern that she is dealt with in a manner that changes this nasty behavior indefinitely.

I tasted my smoothie it was watered down by now. I had made it back to work and my break was over! I called to try and get it remade and they were more worried about the old smoothie Being returned. Instead of the fact I paid almost $11 and it was not to the satisfaction of the customer. The service here definitely does not meet up to the standards of the location. Smoothie King is better!
