Crisslyn Jones is phenomenal. She was patient while working through some timing obstacles with switching carriers and provided great information and customer service. She followed up and checked on me. She answered all my questions and made the transition seamless.

I called Mrs. Carter’s Statefarm office for a quote and spoke to a Ms. Diamond who was very pleasant and understanding. She gave me a great and reasonable quote, that I told her I would definitely call her back. I called this morning and Ms. Diamond was not there, but Ms. Kenya asked if she could help me and I explain the situation and she went above and beyond to make sure my policies were correct and she even found me some extra discounts. I really appreciate working with this statefarm office. I am confident my insurance needs will be met with care and compassion. Thank for your time and patience with me. Thanks again.

I would like to commend the staff at this agency for continually working with me & following up with phone calls with me regarding car insurance quotes and renters insurance. What makes this even more dynamic is although until recently I was not ready to get auto insurance with this company, they continually followed up with me to see was ready. I am fairly new to Alabama and I just wasn’t ready to have auto insurance provided in this state. I did get renters insurance from their agency months ago and the agents were very patient with all of my questions“ & needs. They definitely made me feel comfortable with choosing them as a renters insurance agent so now I feel comfortable that I have chosen them to be my auto insurance patient

I had the pleasure to speak with Ms. Kenya C. She was very professional. She didn’t treat me as a customer just trying to buy some car insurance. If you didn’t know any better, you’d think I was a family member that she was trying to get the best deal/rate for. The experience was like no other company that I had spoken with. She was patient, kind, and I was looking for insurance for my daughter, so she treated me as if it were her own child she was trying to protect. Hands down KENYA is the best sales representative I’ve ever encountered and I appreciate what she was able to do for me. State Farm is blessed to have her representing the company.
