Reserved a large truck 4 days in advance and they call us 30 minutes before our pick up time to tell us they don’t have our truck and that we have to pick up at a different location at a later time. We asked why we could even reserve it in the first place and she said “Because it was on the schedule” and that they were trying to “take it off the schedule”. If you offer a service, people are going to expect that you have it and expect you to have the decency to let you know well in advance. This has happened to many people, not just us.

One person to process everybody, at least 20 people ahead of us, took at least 45 minutes in line, not happy about that!

We always use u haul when moving. Staff is friendly and polite. They have boxes, hand trucks, and moving items you're going to need.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a U-HAUL place. Assistance was minimal at best and I am already upset about the move itself. There were THREE employees and not one greeted me or said they’d be right with me until I was standing there at least 3 minutes while there was just one on the phone. They had no dollys or equipment I ordered. I also don’t believe it’s right to put a deposit with a cash app card when EVERYONE uses one and they never say when you’re putting in your reservation that there will be extra for having one. I would have used my bank card if that was the case from the beginning. I did EVERYTHING in the app but when I get to the counter I have to the process all over again and give my license again. If all you do on the app has to be verified anyway then what is the point of adding a picture of the front and back of your license? What is the point of putting in emergency contacts if you still gotta give it at the counter? This was a waste of time and energy and I felt like the service was embarrassing because I am thinking i prepared everything I needed ahead of time with all the money I have left but it’s more piled on top. I was asking questions that were answered with dryness and shortness. Could barely find the serial number of the correct truck and was not assisted. Won’t be back after the truck is returned. I’ll find ANY other company than U-HAUL

Horrible experience with them. They didn’t have the equipment I needed and didn’t call to confirm the day prior as I was told they would. We were sent to another U-Haul location that was not actually a U-Haul, but a workshop. We drove past another U-Haul on the way. On top of that, the trailer they rented me was not properly checked, and the tire went out, thankfully not on the highway. I’m very disappointed with their service.

Came in to fill a bus with propane after being ran around by uhaul customer service from location to location with no one either there or they didnt have propane. I come to this location upon their recommendation and they dont have anyone certified there to pump the propane. The kicker is they saw me pull up and knew exactly what i needed and with 3 people at the counter and only 1 customer i still had to wait 15 minutes in line for the new guy to tell me that he had no one there. I tried to talk to what i ssume was a female manager with curly patterned hair but she told me the young man would be with me in a moment. If you saw me pull up why not just say that when i came through the door because she was the 1 talking to the new guy about being certified to do it..smh

Headed back to Atlanta needed boxes, Arrived at 8:55, walked in at 9:02. Waited in line for 20 mins just to buy boxes. Line never moved, so I left. Clearly there should be a line for purchasing and a line for rentals. Beyond ridiculous. Do better.

Everything went well when we reserved a 26’ truck. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. This location gets busy sometimes, so be prepared to wait in line for service.

Use this location before using the app or online!!! Traffic messed me up at another location with a 20’ and could not honor their guarantee, so they sent me almost 30 miles out of my way with a reschedule. Spoke with Kevin Washington at 2525 Eastern Blvd location, which was only 3 miles away, and he was able to get me a 26’ within 30 mins at the same price. The man deserves a raise!

The General Manager of this Store is one of the most Cold Hearted people I've ever met!No compassion! No remorse! It seems that he thrives on misery! The more dissatisfied you are with the service the happier he becomes! Be careful dealing with him !
