I was told when I sign up for their rewards, that I would get $5.00 off of my first order, and that wasn't true, It states on their website that when you spend $40.00, you get $10.00 off of $40.00, it stated specifically at the end of order, it didn't take the $10.00 off,and I immediately canceled, Ulta beauty ignored my cancelation, and is sending the merchandise anyway, it will be returned first false advertisement, and sending me something that I don't want, deceitful bad business.
I tried to call a supervisor, and I was told that they don't work on the weekend. I don't recommend this business because they are dishonest and use bad business practices to deceived me to purchase their merchandise. I regret purchasing from this business.

I honestly wish Google would offer a zero star option because the customer service at these businesses are ridiculous! I had to get my autistic son out of the car while it was raining to pick up an order from this business that offers curbside pickup. To make matters worse, if I hadn’t called and asked about the curbside service, I would’ve been waiting out in my car for God knows how long. Not a single penny from my household will be spent at this location ever again. Customer service and overall communication in this city is terrible.

I do not enjoy shopping at this Ulta location. I’ve shopped here many times, and I’m now seriously considering taking my business elsewhere for my beauty needs. When you walk in, you’re not acknowledged or greeted. On multiple occasions, I’ve entered the store or needed assistance, only to see employees standing around talking.
I recall one instance when I politely said, “Excuse me, can someone help me?” while they were chatting. They simply stared at me, and after about two minutes, one of them finally walked over. This store is nothing like its competitors—help is never proactively offered, you’re not welcomed upon arrival, and employees often claim items are out of stock even when they appear available online.
There was one time I had to repeatedly insist that a product was in stock before an employee finally went to the back to retrieve it. Additionally, while ringing up my items, Samille has never greeted me. She only says, “Phone number?”—with no “Hello,” no “How are you today?” or even “Did you find everything okay?”

They didn't have the color eyebrow pencil I wanted. They said they could order it for me but I needed it for the next day and it would take 3-5 days they ordered it for me.

I got my haircut from Terra and absolutely loved it! I have been searching for someone who could cut my hair and help enhance my curls on my curly hair journey. She was helpful, informative, understanding, and really made the experience amazing! She was also great because she gave options according to my preferences. The entire appointment felt so especially tailored to me, my lifestyle, my hair texture, etc. I really needed it and she delivered 100%! Can't wait to get my haircut touched up and am so proud and confident sporting my new haircut. Thank you Terra!

I was going to this ulta based on a product I wanted online that said it was instock at their store. Well, it wasn’t and that’s disappointing to drive that far but I’ll definitely call next time just to make sure

I don’t like how they profile .
Within the first 10 mins of me shopping and browsing like some people do cause everybody don’t come to stores knowing what they want so they take their time and look . I had 4 people ask me did I need help looking for anything that’s so freaking annoying I felt like I was being followed at a point I thought the little girl Jayden was following me . Justin the store manager gives off weird vibes nobody is about to steal pal I assure you everything that I wanted from out of ultra I could pay for . I’m at the checkout counter the lady ringing up my things I then proceed to put the basket back. Justin stopped ringing up a customer just to stop me from going by the door to put the basket back …. Definitely will be contacting corporate all of that was not necessary .

Worst place ever
My daughter had an appointment there on the day of prom at 2 o’clock. She gets there at one302 hour before her appointment..
Sits there for over an hour and a half finally realizing they’re not going to get her to do her hair.
So then she doesn’t even make her dinner and the manager says there’s nothing they can do about it.
When I have the district manager‘s number to have a discussion with them, she will not give it out says that is not in their policy.
I think the manager should be accountable for all her employees so if someone cannot get the job done, she should be able to do it not have a innocent 18 year old girl crying on prom night because she can’t make it to prom pictures or dinner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
