Great customer service even when they're busy

Worst customer service I've ever had at a ups. A white male and black female never spoke never introduced self or anything. I am asking the lady a question and she responds with i need a break. I needed business cards and mailers but I WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY WHERE YOU NEED A BREAK MID CONVO. I wish amazon did their drop offs somewhere other than here. I may try another ups location but I will not return here. I would recommend you drive elsewhere to do business instead of this location and spend your money where you at least get a hello welcome to ups or something instead of looking at me like why you here.

I’ve never had an issue with this location but I experienced the rudest employees today. I rushed here after getting off work with time to spare and was rushed out of the door. I will continue to come to this location. I just hope the workers learn how to be more polite and customer friendly.
