UPS Acess Point that is located at CVS on Zelda Rd was quick, easy and the best part they don't close until 10 pm. I needed to drop off a package at the last minute ? I googled where I need to go...luckily I leave right down the street. The young lady scanned my package, I got the text from UPS and I was back at home in under 10 minutes.

I use this store for all of my PAID shipping needs. On May 17th my son returned 2 items to Amazon. One was received that same week the other still has not been received as of June 11th. When he tried to ask Josh questions about the other item not being received yet. He was very rude and dismissive and walked away from him 3 times as he was trying to get answers. (I was on the phone)I went up there to see if that item could be tracked and he stated that it couldn't. (I'm fine with that). However, when I mentioned his customer service to my 17 yr old son, he explained that he was rude and dismissive because he was busy, which is NOT a good reason. I explained to him that I am also a paying customer at this location and just haven't used it as a place to return items. I will NOT use this location again.
