Two businesses sent two separate prepaid labels and this UPS Location had the audacity to tell me that I would have to pay $2.28 for them to print a label that has already been paid for, this is absurd. This UPS is amazingly and incredibly greedy, selfish, and not reputable. I will let the businesses know that UPS wants to be paid double, it is outrageous and bad business. I do not recommend this UPS, all of them are probably the same. I don't send packages by UPS, because I believe that they are the worst, and their prices are terrible, their staff is rather rude, one of the staff employees, saw me standing in line to waited on,and she rudely kept sweeping all around my feet, that was so disrespectful and frivolous, because it was only around $4:00, and they didn't close until 6:30, this was rude and discourteous. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the poor service, trying to cheat me, and rude employees. This is the worst ever, I won't be going back, because they are a terrible, awful, scheming and scamming business, and will cheat and try to make you pay for a label twice.
I made numerous attempts to contact this business, however, this business has not contacted me back, I believe the email is inaccurate, wrong email address.

Josh was very helpful but I’m giving 1 star because the female associate “Breana” was NOT helpful at all. Has a bad attitude. I literally asked her to please help me and she said no. She needs to learn a thing or 2 about work ethic.

I had something notarized and the guy who notarized it was really rude. He never cracks a smile. I asked him a simple question about whether I had to date the form or if he needed to do that. He responded, “I can’t tell you how to fill out the form.” I know how to fill out the form- I just did not know if the notary has to do everything. When I have had other things notarized, the notary always put the date in. I cannot believe all of the reviews raving about this guy. He has no customer service skills.

Josh has consistently been amazing for me and my small business for years!!! And if I could rate him- 5 stars no doubt. Today I sent a one page printing project. Paige told me to come back in a hour, 4 hours after I’d sent it. She then overcharged me literally out of spite. Added on multiple false charge an editing fee etc. all I asked was one regular sheet of paper to be printed. I will NEVER come here again.

Sometimes the UPS staff could be nicer. A smile, greeting customers, & overall just having a pleasant attitude. At times, their facial expressions show that they judge you. The employee will just take the package, print out the label & give you a receipt or tracking number and just hand it to you. Professionalism is needed at every business. Yet, there are employees there that do a great job and show the upmost respect. Which is greatly appreciated as a customer.

I didn't know the notary service began at 10 AM, as the UPS website allowed me to make an appointment for 9 AM. I was in a bit of a rush to get my document notarized, but the staff kindly handled everything without asking further questions. It took less than 10 minutes, and I really appreciate the service I received.

Josh couldn’t have been more helpful during a very difficult time. I needed two things printed (very last minute!) a very particular way for a funeral and he made what felt like an impossible task in that moment, possible. Can’t thank him enough!
