I went here for notary services. I made an online appointment and received a text message about not to miss my appointment only to find out the Notary is on lunch during my scheduled appointment. Then I was told that UPS does not honor appointments made online and come back in 45 min. I was furious! I planned my day to make the appointment that UPS reminded me not to miss. Businesses are failing the customers with this kind of service.

Whats the point of delivery when they don't actually care to deliver the package? The driver was gone within less than a minute. Since I have a camera doorbell, I saw the driver already printing the ticket and sticking on the door all within 30 seconds. Hopefully nothing I order comes via UPS anymore.

Associates working in this UPS store are always very friendly and work so efficiently. I’m usually in and out in just a few minutes. And they will inform me if there is an easier or cheaper way to send things.

TERRIBLE customer service. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF I COULD RATE LOWER I CERTAINLY WOULD!!!!!!!!!
I went to the UPS store at 6250 Atlanta Hwy., Montgomery, AL shortly after they opened, per sign in the window. The door was still locked even after opening hours for that day. People were inside but failed to come and unlock the door, so I went back to my car and called them. The girl who answered the phone told me that the door was unlocked. I went back to the door, and it was STILL locked, and she nor the male co-worker or manager came to unlock it. Another customer walked up and tried the door and said wow, they should have been open a good while ago and I see people in there walking around chit chatting. She then started banging on the door and this is when the male worker came to unlock the door. He nor the female apologized for the length of time that I stood out front nor for telling me it was unlocked, and it was not. The male did not apologize to either me nor the other customer for the door still being locked. I was returning something to Amazon, so it only took a minute for the female to scan the return slip that I printed and brought with me, and then she handed me the receipt. She never made eye contact with me. EVER! She never said hello, can I help you, thank you, come again, I am sorry for lying to you, no smile, NOTHING! The other customer got the same treatment while she was fussing with the male worker who FINALLY came to the door and unlocked it. No, I am sorry. My apologies. Nothing! Montgomery, AL you need to train these people with no manners how to provide good customer service, because they have ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be letting Amazon know how UPS treats their customers too by the way. Maybe they will change this contract to another type of store if they care about their customers and keeping them. UPS, I know that you think that you are invincible but, I assure you that you are not too big to lose business. 11/27/24 I just read your response UPS, to my review and you may want to check your system again, because I definitely did not make this up!!!!!! I have attached my return receipt here to this review so maybe you can pinpoint this transaction and the locked door a bit better. I really don't expect anything to be done or any corrections to be made because after reading many other reviews about this store that were made prior to mine, it's obvious no one cares at UPS and are not making any corrections. UPS just does not care and it shows even with your response basically calling ME, your customer a liar, instead of handling the issue accordingly with you staff.

Can't get anyone on the phone automated phone answering service that you can't get any answers from. It's impossible to do business with people who don't answer their phones.

She couldn’t handle a ten digit phone number. I repeated it three times, and she still didn’t get it correctly. Very frustrating. I hope everyone else has a better experience.
