do not go to this one forced to buy a bag because they said the box the original Amazon box that it wouldn't work tried to tell me what the instructions mean when the instructions just said box or bag with no label had clean box had to unpack an put it in a bag. needless to say drive to another town before use this place again

On Monday, I went to the UPS Store to print a few documents. Emmi was having problems printing. I don't know why. A simple click on the document and click on "print" is all that she needed to do. She was getting frustrated and had a bad attitude; mumbling several words. When she finally printed the documents, she placed them on the scale.....not the counter. I paid and a receipt was given. I asked her if she could put the printing in a folder and reminded her that it's raining outside. With a "sour" look, and after a few "mumbles," she told me she can give me a bag. I asked her if she could put the printing in the bag and she refused! I have been a customer for a while and this has never happened with other employees! The two other employees were bagging their customers items. Before leaving, I asked another employee for the managers name . Emmi was very happy to inform me that the manager will be out of the office until Wednesday. Unless I decline a bag, the cashier should place the items in a bag. And if she doesn't want to do her job, don't come to work!!! I will take my business to FedEx!!!

I frequently went to this particular location due to the customer service but as of lately with the new manager Becca service was horrible she didn't have customer service attitude wasn't quite familiar with shipping services. ? Her Attitude was oh well when she didn't have the answer. I will not be returning to this location and corporate office will be contacted.

Everyone knows UPS stores. With our parcel culture we have all picked up, shipped, or dropped off at one. They are convenient and with the extra services like mailboxes and office equipment they are a one stop shop for small businesses. I dropped off a package at my local location and figured it might be worth a review. Fast and simple package dropoff. Friendly helpful service.

They are hit or miss. And they are def not open on Sunday like it says online. Annoying.

I have been here a number of times but today received horrible service. After waiting for an employee who had returned from lunch to set down her cup, she did not deign to talk to me but set about reorganizing the packages behind her. When she finally brought herself to provide customer "service," she informed me I was standing on the wrong side of the cash register by indicating with her finger that I should move three feet to the right to hand her a small box for returns. Then she handed me my receipt without a word.

Drove 35 miles to send a package. Got there at 2:30. Door and online says they close at 3.. they were already closed. What a waste of my time and my money.
