Will take all day to unload even with early appointment, filthy trashed place with rudest and slowest employees. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!

Slow like every place that uses lumpers. Got in fairly quick, sent bill while they were still unloading. Waited an hour for bills to be ready, never got the message, lady at check in was gone on break ot lunch. after she finally got back no bills, the lumper guy running around trying to find them. still sitting outside waiting half hour later. Will never understand how minimum wage store employees run tighter ships than people you have to pay to unload

I’m not sure what issues other people were having but my experience was just fine. Guards are very adamant when it comes to safety, especially with wearing the safety best. Got in, got unloaded, and got out. Smooth sailing.

Street Parking, guard is kinda rude, their drivers go out the entrance side of the exit and they expect you to go in the same way, they get mad when you don’t. Nice that you can park here, but they take there time! appt 09:00, check in 03:30, called for door 04:48, truck was unloaded at 05:45, paperwork ready at 07:15. Receiving lady was nice.

This is a terrible receiver. If you deliver here be prepared to wait. If you miss appt by 5+ min they will make you wait HOURS to be unloaded. Enter at your own risk. If your reload picks the next day you will be good, same day reload hopefully you can do a split or it picks up super close.

Nice people. Long unload time. Bring dinner and a movie cause you're gonna be there a while. Took 5 hours to unload me. Also wear a safety vest when walking up to check in.

Park on the road. Last driveway is the guardshack. Wear a vest. I checked in at door 25, hauling cardboard boxes. Medium tightness backing, average unloading times. Lumper fee is texted to you. Porto potty outside.

Park in street and walk to guard shack. Lady was very courteous and gave clear, detailed instructions.Safety vest required. I used 4567 Newcombe Ave. for Garmin gps to take me to truck entrance. I got a door before my appointment time. Capstone organized crime lumper service. Door removers on dock with sufficient space but night time will be hard to see.

1 star to open this dialog. Security is belligerent and quite frankly OFFENDED if anyone drives up to their gate without having parked at least 200 yards away on the street and WALKED up to check in. NO EXCEPTIONS! Absolutely MUST be wearing a safety vest...and don't you forget it! Simply put, this place is like most every large facility...they have their own EMPIRE and are "by-gosh" gonna show their flexed muscles so you can see who is boss!
