For yrs temp will not get my outgoing mail. Mail is delivered on top of outgoing pkgs, flag is ignored. Complained many times to no avail. They will not answer their phone.

My experience with the United States Postal Service was very disappointing. The line was long, and there was only one person working the counter. The employee seemed annoyed to help and was not friendly at all. I had a package to send, and the process felt way more complicated than it needed to be. The prices were fine, but the slow service made it frustrating. On top of that, my last package arrived late, even though I paid for faster shipping. The location itself looked messy, and there was no sense of urgency to help customers. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and will avoid using USPS if I can.

I don’t know why tf y’all are letting the ppl who work here steal these packages. My shyt been stolen 3 times and I’m so tired of it and I’m 90% sure it’s a female. This is awful

Whoever runs certain routes from this specific location is a thief. People work too hard for their money. Say packages are delivered but never delivered. Put mail theft complaints in after numerous situations and they pop up all of a sudden. Me and a few others have reported this to the feds. Tired of it. This is wrong on so many levels

This place is horrible, I went in to pick up my mail got lied to in my face saying I didn't have any. Called 1800 number they returned my called and stated I had lots of mail there. The carrier lied and said my mailbox was blocked and has not been delivering my mail for weeks.

I would give this Post office location a zero star if I could. 2847 East Blvd Montgomery, Alabama location has terrible service . It’s not all the employees but most definitely a few who needs customer service training . It’s one particular a woman that’s extremely over weight that’s always wearing a wig that works the counter that’s very rude and moves at a snail pace. Get y’all act together USPS!
