Got in and out pretty quick before the lunch hour rush. The young lady behind the counter was VERY helpful and informative it's been a while since I have been to the post office to mail an important letter.

I have had nothing but problems dealing with this post office terrible customer service missing mail seem to be the norm for this place.

The experience you get at a Post Office these days is beyond crazy and sad! The front desk clerk by the name of Lakiesha McKitchen is rude . I mean very rude! I was putting my email in to receive a receipt and i literally watched her tap the screen to bypass the process so that I couldn’t. Her tone needs adjusting. She made me feel as if I was an inconvenience because I didn’t label a piece of certified mail properly by attaching the sticker. Her comment was, “this is supposed to be already on there you’ve been waiting in the line all this time and it could have been on there”. Well first let’s start with why I had to wait in the line so long to begin because you were in the back doing God knows what while your coworker waited on customers. Whatever happened to common decency and helping your neighbor. As i waited, I watched her look at customers with nasty looks. Why are y’all employing these people? Horrible.

Postman keeps leaving my packages at the post office for pickup for some reason. Not sure why, but it’s really annoying.

The employees are lazy and don't care anything about you or your package. They're there to collect a pay check and go home. Don't expect any service of any type.

The ladies who work here are great! Very helpful and they work very hard to keep the line moving, I recommend this post office.

I went there to get a money order, was in and out extremely fast and the lady helping me was kind, polite and friendly.

In here at the moment...Sign says opens at 9a.m. to 1p.m. it's currently 9:20a.m. and they still are not open.We hear people fumbling around in the back and they have yet to open and will not answer the phone.....Very UNPROFESSIONAL establishment‼️

This place is unprofessional. They close at 5 and due to the clerk saying she was tired she told people at 4:30 she wasn’t accepting any more customers. I told her I would file a claim if she didn’t assist me and she still didn’t. I had a packaged I needed a return labeled printed for and it needed to be sent back and due to her laziness I didn’t get it returned. There was also 2 other individuals that didn’t assist knowing she didn’t want to do her job. Attitude reflects leadership and this place needs new leadership

Absolutely unprofessional. Came to post office at 4:30. The lady working said we are closed. I asked if they close at 5. Lady said i cant work any longer and wont accept a package. This is despite the fact that the post office doors were unlocked and the lady working there just decided she is not going to accept any more packages. I guess typical for usps

Hours are not correct. Saturday at 1100 and posted hours say open until 1pm. Closed counter and no one to be found. Good job Montgomery, standard service around here.
