From an employee stand point this is a horrible place, i worked there for TWO DAYS and got fired. If I could I'd give them zero stars. they judged me on my character maybe my appearance. And lied as to why they fired me. "Had bad experience with customers" when I'm shadowing someone and don't talk to customers barley at all? "Cutting corners" when I don't even know the system or really know how to do anything?
Thanks for judging me and not giving me a chance AT ALL, nor giving me active criticism on telling me what I can to fix my mistakes if any were even made.
If it wasn't a "right to work state" I'd sue for wrongful termination and defamation of character.

Great service. I had a huge issue transferring data from my old phone. The service rep just kept at it until it was done. Very happy with my phone.

BRENT BRENT BRENT is the man! Long story short- I have been having issues with my Apple Watch dropping its cellular plan and have no luck getting it connected back. It’s been 6 months of back and forth between stores and tech support having 0 luck with resolving the issue. I came to the Eastern to fix the issue no matter what it took. Brent was dedicated to providing top-notch service and support (over two and half hours before we resolved it) He took the time to fix my problems and I left with it finally resolved! Cellular Sales should be grateful for someone like Brent! He is an excellent customer service representative!

Michael and Josh were my knight and shinning armor last week!!!! The screen of my phone went out and I could not wait a week for a new one. They helped me pre-order my new phone and watch and provided me with a temporary phone for the week!!! As a business owner I need my cell phone on the daily and they wanted to solve my problems!! I have used all of the other locations in Montgomery except for this one and not had great experiences.. these two amazing men provided knowlege and a great experience!! I will ONLY deal with location in the future!! Thank you Michael and Josh so much for getting me back on track!! Looking forward to picking up our new phones and watches!!! Yall are the best!! Thank you!!!
