I went to the one on Elena highway today for some help. My phone's been messing up every since I got it and the black lady and there was rude as all get out, she told me I was not to come back in there. So there's where all your old customers go, and they tell them they're not allowed. And they're being rude as hell. All I ask was for somebody else to help

The young black lady in the store worked very hard to get the job done. She should be commended. She did an excellent job. I would write her five star. Her problem was with Verizon over the phone very incompetent in my opinion.
