Horrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes to be helped. We were briefly greeted when we walked in ("Hi, we'll get you signed in in just a minute"), then completely ignored the rest of the time. Several employees walked directly passed us and would not respond when I said "Hi". Finally, who I can only assume to be the manager came out and began literally dancing around the place. He did not try to assist anyone for several minutes and when he finally did, he went up to the person that had walked in last and signed him in. Never offered to see if anyone was waiting before him. While he did apologize, it was very hollow ("Sorry, I just figured you were already signed in"). I'm not sure why it's so hard to find a Verizon store with good customer service.

10/10 customer service i received tonight. I recently moved to the area and wanted to get my phone line transferred to be my own plan, and the employee, Zack, was super helpful and patient with the process. A super kind and friendly employee and well-dedicated to make sure his customers are satisfied with their needs. It took a few hours for my request to complete due to some technical difficulties on my end, but Zack was still super patient and diligent whilst helping other customers all around. Staff here is amazing, I’d come back again if I ever have any troubles or concerns with my service through Verizon. Thank you so much.

Travis P. was completely unprofessional. Will not be returning and possibly switching to another carrier if this is the type of service I can expect going forward. I don't applicate how he just takes my phone with out permission and tries to solve my issue. I don't like that he kept insisting that I buy him lunch. How he snapped at another employee about speaking about commission when it was never spoke about in the conversation. The interaction I had with a new employee (the one he snapped at) that was clearly in training and acted more professional that he did.

The saleswoman left me on the floor , my phone wasn’t even fully setup i sat in your lobby 35-40 minutes waiting to make sure it was working properly, she left off the floor and didn’t even check back to see if my phone was properly setup, on top of that she verified my drivers license with the account and i never received my drivers license back from her. I told her specifically i needed my phone working properly because i had a early flight out of Atlanta like 4am and low and behold she didn’t return my drivers license on top of never walking back out to see if my phone was properly setup and working. And this was the second time i had been to this location the first time i waited 45 minutes for the manager to tell me i wasn’t on the account my husband came out that evening and there it was once you scrolled up on the screen my name that has been on the account. Very rude and unpleasant experience , nobody seems to want to help your customers everyone walking in and out the back or just walking around looking lost … Horrible Customer Service plus you lost my drivers license

This place is nothing more than a third party sales company. Went to get a replacement watch for my kid. Got the watch. Was told it will automatically connect and everything will be g2g. Seemed easy. Negative. Spent 50 minutes on the phone with support just now because it didn't automatically connect. Was just disconnected from customer support and I'm back to square effing one. If only the store would have hooked everything up I would have been saved loads of wasted time and frustration. Next time I'll just order from Amazon because the retailer there does nothing more than provide me with overpriced merchandise and swipe my card.

Talking about lovely people here. They treat us like family, we were in and out in about 15 mins top. My uncle who visited from Korea he was so surprised that we got everything done in a short amount of time.
