I know there are other stores in town but this one gives off the vibes of headquarters. Clean neat pleasing music playing lowly in background the lighting is different you definitely feel different if your in there for a while. It's the only store in my book

Oct.28 1230pm I added a razer edge to my account decided i didn't need it and returned it the same day unused unopened at 135pm but for some reasoning I'm still being charged for something I no longer have ((unbelievable.)) Tried calling the store no local number.

Very poor customer service, they really only hire sales repsWas brought in for an activation issue and ended up being told I have to consult an automated phone lineWhat's the point in even having a "solutions specialist" at that point? The only solution she worked towards was me being out of her hair as soon as possible

Very poor customer service. Took 3 months and multiple phone calls to get consumer lines switched to business account. Then had an issue once lines were changed over. Online shows store closes at 8PM. Arrive at store a 7:15P and they are CLOSED! Be aware, customer service is not a priority!!

I stood here for 30 minutes waiting for service while the manager general manager stood around doing nothing when I asked for help she said I had to wait for a sales rep she has a very ignorant and rude attitude and I will never come back here

Our plan was discontinued and they gave us a new plan, and this plan is for the bird ?️ when I leave home I can't look up nothing on my phone I have no internet I have called so many times and they told me that they fit the problem but they have not. I'm leaving.

I arrived just as they opened. I spoke with Tanisha, she was great. She helped me figure out an issue I was having. I came back later the same day...Tanisha recognized me, waved and sat me down to wait for her to finish up a customer she was working with. Once she wrapped up with them she came to me, and got me taken care of. She was the perfect professional, and had a great attitude. I would hire her to work for me!

The Manager Shay and Specialist Anthony were awesome. They started my business account helped picked out items and was patient during the setup. They worked after the store was closed to make sure I was satisfied. The entire team helped at the end.

Had paid a visit for a SIM card replacement. Had a little wait time there were few people ahead of me. Hold on the experience was good. Doing just one visit will not be a factor for rating I did not have any issues with the person who I interacted too.
