I AM ABSOLUTELY LIVID! I live one and and a half from Montgomery, AL and I made a purchase here today and when I get home to check my shoes out. THERE IS ONE SHOE in my box! I planned to wear them to work on MONDAY, but I can’t! I have never in my life have this happen. Most retail workers check the box and shoe. Of course I didn’t check behind them simply because I trusted the right thing would be done being that I shop in Versona often in different cities and this has absolutely NEVER happened! Now I will have to make another trip. Not only that I will be using additional gas and time where I would like not have to back to back!!! Thanks cashier 114!!!

Honest review I just left out The associates are no help at all They are too busy watching the other black people that come in it's not racism at all because they're black lol but I guess they are taught to do this watch when they come in...
I simply needed some assistance finding something to wear for my birthday but I couldn't find anything it's like the style has gone down completely in this store
Now I've been here in the past and in the white associates they do the same thing completely watch when we come in but no help to the customers at all Just look real fast and get out is what they want

Excellent store, great selection, reasonably priced and I've always received the best of customer service. I frequent the store for gifts for family and friends and the sales associated here are always helpful in lending me a hand to make the right selection for my gift.

I give the customer service a zero because I was rudely attended by the manager. She allowed an employee to set aside an item after I asked her nicely why the item was set aside, while I as a customer was wanting to purchase the item that the employee set aside during business hours.Take in mind I was going to purchase both items but only purchased one out of the two because the associate rushed to get the second item while I was in the process of getting the other one during business hours. I’m very disappointed in the customer service provided.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This used to be one of my favorite stores, but the racial profiling experienced during this last visit, I will never go there again. I will also ensure others are aware of the type of treatment people of color receive. Huge disappointment!!!

I'm giving the subpar rating due to the customer service. I walked into the store with my children. My reason for coming in the store was to look for jewelry with my oldest daughter for prom. We were not greeted when we walked in the store. Less than a minute, an associate beelined her way to the area we were in. I caught her eyes watching my children. She never offered to help until I made the remark "if you're going to walk over here to watch us, at least offer to help". Her response was "I was just walking over here to lean on the table". Out of all the tables in the store...yea right! My kids overheard her talk on her radio to another associate and stated I was a "rude" customer. Not rude at all. I called her out on her racial profiling. Interestingly, she was very attentive to everyone who walked in the store after us, which was over the top.

My friend and I spent over an hour in the Montgomery, location. Not once were we approached by anyone asking if we needed any help or if we were looking for anything specific. We both had an armful of clothes and had to ask for a dressing room. When we checked out, we weren’t asked if we found everything ok, or what we were looking for. Between the two of us, we spent nearly $500 and didn’t even get a smile, thanks, or have a nice day. We will NOT be coming back to this location.
