Not too enthusiastic with the scent of the splashes that were available at that time, especially since it was Christmas season. One of the workers had a nonchalant attitude to customers' enquiries...her attitude was a total put off.

I visited this store only because I was in the Mall anyways. I actually canceled my Angel Card back when VS went woke and lowered the quality of their clothing. So, I walked into the store and I could have heard a pin drop, absolutely NOBODY in the store. I wandered around for a few minutes before calling out for an employee. A young woman walks into my view and says, " hello." I asked her if they were open and she said, "yes." I'm like I've never been in this store when there's absolutely no customers before. She said, "oh you just missed the rush." LMAO!!!!! ok, sure. You're the ONLY person working here. I remember VS when it was so busy they had lineups at ALL the check out counters, it was hard pressed to find your size as lingerie was literally flying off the shelves! I remember 7 panties for $21 and good quality too. I remember spending minimum a $150 just so I could get a gift blanket. It was so much fun!!!! But, I guess all good things must come to an end at some point. I highly doubt this business would recover even if it wanted to. Oh well, there's a lot of woke companies going broke now. The whole American shopping mall experience has tanked. Tough lesson for retailers.

If you're the district manager or manager, you need to get your button that store and fire some people. My wife went there with an open credit card to buy whatever she wanted, not only were your people or your staff ignoring her, when she asked for help, they basically shrugged her shoulders and walked away. They never offered to help. They never offered to help order anything online. They just want to get back to the little gossip circle. You have a one star business, and it is in trouble.

Decent store, looks like they are moving to a larger location next door for a much needed expansion of space. Hopefully, they'll have more skein once they do.

The customer service is completely terrible. I walked into the store and was not greeted by anyone (I understand people are busy so I didn't pay any attention to it). When I was going to check out my items, I was rudely told to go to the next counter. The woman who checked us out was very short when my husband asked a simple question about whether they had a military discount or not. Overall, I've never been to a store that was so unhelpful and rude as this one. I understand the workers leaving you alone so you can shop, but they should be wanting to help and have a nice attitude if you talk with them respectfully. Completely disappointed and I hope there will be some more training for them on how to welcome and greet customers.

Always a pleasant experience going in this store. I was getting my wife some no shoe panties and another customer was trying to explain to me where everything was. Had to let her know I'm a pro in this store I know where everything is especially my wife's size. Customer service was really good and keep trying to talk me into purchasing a matching robe and slippers for my wife.

Customer Service was horrible. The manager didn't know when sales ended. She was not helpful when inquiring about prices. This was by far the worst Victoria Secrets I've been to.
