I just called to talk with the pharmacist about my mom’s heart pill and a tech was assisting me. I understood what was being said about the prescription being expired and they couldn’t give out any emergency pills. I asked the tech to speak with the pharmacist and Before I could ask a question about the life, extension release, and hours of the last pill my mom took the pharmacist gets on the phone and immediately dives in. Saying to me we can’t give you an emergency supply, I over heard the conversation so I’m just answering your question again. Your mom needs a new prescription. I over heard your conversation with the tech. I said, wow hold on. I wasn’t asking you about an emergency supply. I was gonna ask about the life of the pill. Wow. So then says, I’m sorry I shouldn’t have jumped so fast . I thought…I just said wow again as she was speaking and couldn’t believe that she jumped the gun. Clearly she shouldn’t be a pharmacist or working with the public IF SHE IS NOT CONCERNED WITH HER PATIENTS AND THEIR HEALTH. She could have gotten on the phone and gave a recommendation as what to do being that it’s Christmas and everything will be closed tomorrow.I will report this to the medical board. If I could give negative stars I would! I stood there waiting for 20 minutes for some perfume they have on sell. I get it is Christmas and busy, but good lord don't walk up from the back and bypass me. I had to leave without it, and I am extremely disappointed.

The drive thru is never open and the line inside is ALWAYS long. They always say they are under-staffed, but that's true everywhere, and people still service their guest. This pharmacy has horrible service!

Called before pharmacy closed. Waited patiently for someone to answer one simple question. They allowed phone to ring ring and ring? I understand you’re busy but I also know you have to turn the phone line over to let people know you’re closed. Which means you know I was calling and chose to not answer the phone. Customer service is HORRIFYING.

I've tried calling the pharmacy for several hours, cell phone and house phone both at the same time. It goes from there is more that three calls ahead of you to one call and then disconnect. This can't be alright. The service I thought was to help speed up service and cut down on some of the wait time. Please! Can someone help in resolving the issue????!

This pharmacy is garbage, and its employees they hire is the reason this location is so bad. Every employee I’ve interacted with hates being there and it shows with their customer service. Find another pharmacy you will be happier.

This Walgreens is very slow, won't answer phone I stayed on the phone waiting for someone in the Pharmacy to answer for 49 minutes. This is the worsted Pharmacy their nothing like Walgreens on Fairview wish that it was never closed I think I will be looking for another Pharmacy.

The pharmacy is extremely slow at this location. I had 5 prescriptions put in at the exact same time and it took this pharmacy 2 full days to get all of them filled. A notification text was sent when each was filled, each about 8 hours apart. I understand that there is a high volume of prescriptions being filled at this location, but it doesn't make sense when 5 are from the same provider for the exact same anti-biotic for patients with the exact same last name to be spread that far apart. To add to this frustration, the service at the prescription pick up is extremely slow. The pharmacy techs have fantastic attitudes, but they are in dire need of process improvement. Whatever their current process is, it is not efficient. When a prescription is ready, it should not take up to 10 minutes to find it and process payments.

This store on Carter Hill Rd has gone wayyyy down. They're not friendly as the old staff and that's ok I guess. They left a whole bottle of meds out of my bag that she'd just filled and called me saying,you just left and shouldn't be that far...as of I didn't have any other place to be. I've been calling every since I received the message,no answer and it's still 3 or more callers ahead of me.

Technician answered phone and hung up on me. I called back but no answer for about 17 mins. I saved the photo for my records. Now, this is third call for 9:10 mins with same recording.I am calling from Virginia.
