  I took my prescription to the Walgreens drive thru. The prescription can only be filled after 30 days. So it was 30 days and they told me they could fill the prescription today,but I couldn't get it until the next day.I asked why,because there was 30 days between refills. The reason was that I didn't pick it up until the next day. So I ended up missing my 1 1/2 month old grandbaby boys baptism in Birmingham the next day. It doesn't say that it has anything about when you pick it up. So I am going back tomorrow and try to address this problem. So I will let you know what happens. I have never had this problem before. 30 days is 30 days.

  Really just use the pharmacy. Rarely shop but ppl seem nice. There is always a line at drive through pick up so be prepared and patient🤣

  I went here 19 min before they were about to close. I told the clerk I was only wanting to add money to my cash app account and she said “oh no we don’t add money to cash app right before we close”. The doors to the establishment were open for business. They still had customers in line. There was absolutely no reason she couldn’t have added the money to my account. I had to drive all the way to the Walgreens on the opposite end of Atlanta highway (5 miles one way,10 total to get back home) and go inside and add money to my account at that Walgreens. Do you think they mentioned they were about to close, or couldn’t do it because of the fact they were soon closing??? The answer is NO. The gentleman at the register took all of maybe 45 seconds to add the money, and I was on my way…. Walgreens, please,please!!!!! get staff who actually want to work. Not ladies who cut services that you provide because the establishment is “about to close”. About to close still means the store is still open for business. This particular location will also close between 10-20 min early When they are ready to go home. It’s crazy —-the people we have in our stores who do not want to be there, hate their jobs, don’t follow policy rules, take it out on customers as if WE picked THAT CAREER FOR THEM . Then you have people who have been trying to get a job for months beating their head against a wall wondering why that pos can get hired and have a job, and they can’t. All businesses need to re evaluate the people they have working for them. If they are not wanting to be there, send them home and give some one actually needing a pay check a chance.

  At this location there is an extremely rude and unprofessional pharmacy staff member . For 2 weeks I’d been trying to get assistance from Walgreens to transfer a prescription to CVS. The staff members never did but on 3 separate occasions said they would. Very very unprofessional.

  My goodness this is one of the most horrible places to depend on getting your much needed meds!! Awful attitudes, the customer service in the pharmacy is the worst, from the worker on the register to pharmacist!! Long wait time at the drive thru, extremely long wait time to speak to someone, these workers give you the impression that they don’t want to be bother and with all of these bad reviews, one would think corporate would do something about these rude workers!!

  Walgreens if one's must hire only lazy employees then ones need to close this location. Asked twice for assistance not one offered. Wondering if I was "black" like your lazy employees if that would make a difference.

  Who’s the manager?! This store ALWAYS locks the doors well before closing, it’s so irritating for those of us in the local community who made need pharmacy items at night. I’ve had this problem at least 5 times or more and the employees just look at you.
