They do no answer calls. I was calling to have my drugs transferred from cvs since my insurance company doesn’t work with cvs anymore and I was heading to work. These people kept putting me on hold from 12 noon until 1:30pm and at 1:30 the call ended. This kind of service is asking for trouble, showing customers that their time is not valuable to the company nor their service. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give no stars for this. Try Walmart, they are much more customer friendly

Needed to check on a prescription to see if it was ready. And yes I called the automated line but it told me that the prescription was in the process of being checked through my doctors office and then it tells me that it's ready for pick-up? I've called twice to see if I can get an answer. Waited 15 min then someone picked up the hung up. Tried again and waited 20 min and no one answered. I know they are busy but Damn! 35min total and you can't answer? I know I'm not the only one complaining and this has happend numerous of times.

Had my sons prescription sent over yesterday and we went to pick it up today just to be told that it wouldn't be ready till 2 today..never going to use this wal greens for anything and I don't recommend them as well..poor service

Absolutely terrible! I had a prescription sent over by the doctor on a Wednesday and received a message that the prescription was processing. After a day had gone by I called the pharmacy several times and was put on hold. It is Saturday and I still do not have my prescription. I Finally reached someone after several attempts only to be told that one of my meds was out of stock and would not be available until next week. Why wasn't I informed of that sooner? The second prescription I was told it was too soon to be refilled to be covered by my insurance. Well after reviewing my prescription history, I had this medication prescribed last year, and it is not a once a year medication....its for a cold....so what is the issue??? The lack of communication and failure to resolve common issues is unacceptable. Inform patients if it is unavailable or sold out so that we can look for other alternatives please. Customer Care is not that hard Walgreens.

Pharmacy chronically understaffed. Long lines at the driveup window and inside store. One employee to work the window and the inside line. Service very slow most times I attempt to pick up medication.

Tried calling this pharmacy when trying to see if they had a specific medicine in stock and they would not answer or disconnected. When I went to the surgeon after finally getting someone they were very rude and the staff at Orthopedic Surgeons could not get back in touch with them either. I’ve been shopping with Walgreens for years for medicine needs, printed photos, and etc.

Had a busy day and everyone had issues at one time. I came in close to 5:15 (they close at 6). The pharmacy tech, Kim, to her time with me and helped me find a coupon and spoke to me like I was a person.
Great experience and turn around was less than 20 mins even though they were slammed.

They are so slooowwwwww. It’s ridiculous I was in line for an hour and there were only four cars in front of me. And it’s like this every time. I am changing pharmacies.

Left them 4 years ago when they went hood. Store and parking lot not maintained. Lights out. Parking lot dirty. And now boom stock is tanking and stores are soon to closed. Told yall hood employees this would happen.

The pharmacy department at the Taylor Road location should be closed. I waited 20 minutes at drive thru behind another customer. When I got to the window I was told my prescription would take 5 minutes. I was asked to circle around and get behind other cars that were waiting. I was told that my prescription would not be filled until I left the window and got back in line, which would probably take another hour or more to get back to the window. Also, they lied to me about my prescriptions, saying there were none available, and were rude. I moved my prescription immediately and they were promptly and courteously filled elsewhere. I will never go back to that location.

Walked in to pick up prescription. One lady was leaving and another man was next in line. The lady behind the counter started to “finish her task” of placing many filled prescriptions in the bins on the back wall. In the mean time 4 more people joined the line. The lady continued to finish her task while leaving six customers waiting to pick up prescription. Once her task was completed she took care of the man that was next in line. When it was my turn I stepped up to the counter and she had picked up her cell phone and was texting. I then I had to wait for her to finish texting before she even acknowledged I was standing there! Horrible customer service!!

The flu test kits are always stolen. Their system says they are supposed to have two kits in stock, and we went in person and were told they can't find them and don't have any. Should be held behind the counter if it's this popular for theft. Not employees fault. The Atlanta hwy location also said theirs were stolen that arrived today on the truck. By the way, once we found the $54 kit, it errors out defective, so don't waste your time. Just go to urgent care

Horrible customer service. Lost 200$ because they wouldn’t refund me after I reloaded a card and it never posted.
