Wish I could give 0 stars. I absolutely hate this bank and I bank with them. I can never cash my checks. It takes a few minutes to call and verify if needed. Everytime I go here, it’s something different. Will be closing my account and going elsewhere.

I love wells far go. However the Ann street location I waited in line for 20 mins. All while a man was allowed to flirt and converse with the teller and the whole line ignored. We all waited without a word. when the supervisor (or thinks of herself as supervisor) calls out for anyone needing to make a cash deposit. I say I needed to deposit and she goes on to ask several times for me to call from far distance HOW MUCH I have. This is not safe. I go up and pull out my cash and before I can tap my card she reaches for my cash and demands I give it to her for her to count after saying I need to first. I always recount my cash before handing it over. She would NOT allow me to speak or ask a question. Very demanding very rude and nothing like my past experience at other locations. Very unprofessional, unhelpful, and unacceptable.

I will never go back to this bank and I definitely do not recommend to anyone else. I went in there to open a new account just to sit there waiting for a hour for someone (brown skin female with curly natural hair) to come and tell me she wouldn’t have time to open a account because it takes 45 mins to a hour, mind you they doesn’t close until 5pm and it was 3:52 and I went in there at 3:15. I was upset I wasted my time for nothing. She seemed lazy and didn’t want to do her job. I’ll never go back. I actually felt like the tellers could have told me if I wasn’t gonna be able to open an account today but apparently they didn’t know this particular banker wouldn’t have time.

Definitely the worst wells fargo location in montgomery. The tellers are a hit or miss. Some are super nice. Others act like you’re inconveniencing them by being there. It is a smaller branch so they never have the full range of services you need.The bankers are clueless. When trying to open a business account, one of them told me I couldn’t open an account and had to reregister my business (cost: $200) because on some random line, it say I was the ‘owner’ not ‘CEO’. She pulled out her own business papers to show me where it says CEO on hers. For someone who didn’t know what she was talking about, her confidence in her own ignorance was impressive. When I came back later to see another teller, Jessica De Leon, who actually helped me set up the account, was beyond helpful, calling support on my behalf. Her tone was sympathetic and supportive, and her attitude was friendly.

One star is too many. I have been turned away TWICE from this location. I'm a long time (almost 15 years) customer with Wells Fargo, I have personal accounts, savings, credit cards, business cards with them. Went to another location and was told this location was 100% wrong to send me away the first time and they helped me and the second time they told me they couldn't do something I've been doing for YEARS. When I asked when that policy changed they told me in 2017.... I deposited money into this account two months ago. Everyone we spoke with was RUDE, unhelpful and literally turned me away. I will never go back to this location and I am extremely disappointed with Wells Fargo for allowing this type of behavior from their staff.

I would give zero stars if I could. RUDE RUDE RUDE. From the old lady in the window to the young one on the teller line. Just bad attitudes for no reason. Tried to deposit a check and was told it was FRAUDULENT because it was already processed which was a lie. I will definitely will be closing my account after.

Usually very slow service. Almost two months ago it was a long line. A teller took my business money to the back for counting. Almost more than 15 min later came back and told me I am short $ 100 each of two $1,000 bundle. Just then I talked to the manager too. But he was not helpful instead blaming me. So just lost $200 and walk away. Never been than brunch. Bad service.

I asked for quter sleeve n some bundles bands the banker just provided me like 10 quarter sleeve like 10 bands when I insist that I need more she said I can only give u this much. ?

Customer service is horrible. I simply asked the woman at the window is there a way I can find out if some returned a lost card at this location because I left it in the ATM no more than 15 minutes returning back to look for it. She acted like she couldn't say yes or no to my question because the open time was like 14 minutes away for that bank.

Left Madison Ave location because my normal help wasn’t there and to my surprise I have a new favorite!Opened up an account for me as well as gave pertinent information. Give Kesheina Jackson a raise!! Superb customer service!!
