The service was very fast, I had an appointment to open an account and the girl who assisted me was truly friendly, she looked for ways so that I could understand everything regarding the account despite the language.

The regular staff was great but it seemed like there were two people visiting that were potentially in higher up positions that had terrible attitudes and were very aggressive with their own staff. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of these individuals but if you work at this Wells Fargo and you see this review, I saw that lady being mean to you and you don't deserve that.

Customer service is horrible this lady skipped everyone who was here for almost an 1hr - 25mins to get the other people who just walked in she took them first while we were waiting it was a man who said he been standing here for almost 2hrs and this lady is horrible she’s white with a short slicked back dirty blonde hair with red lipstick & a pink and red too she’s disrespectful and I don’t appreciate coming here to give my money and having a attitude towards everyone in here who’s waiting patiently just to skip us and be rude!!! She’s needs her job stripped from her because this is ridiculous y’all need to have people in here with better customer service cause this is not right at all!!!

Im a semi truck driver, im not from here. Then only chance i had to go to this branch. I found this branch and they closed for walk-in lobby....they only to do drive thru...wasting time

I had an appointment scheduled many days ago. The system even emailed me an appointment reminder 1 day in advance and a text message 1 hour in advance, but when I arrived at the appointment location, the office was closed.They closed but there was no notice to customers who had made appointments!Big bank branch but poor service and lack of professionalism.The WFG location at the end of Bell rd, Montgomery 36117, the two times I went on Tuesdays at 9-11am, it was closed, stopped all transactions. Called many times and had to wait a long time for someone to answer the phone and say no one was working at that time?!

This branch is frequently and irregularly closed for walk-in lobby traffic. They only do drive ups half the week. And of course they can't perform all their services at the drive-ups. So you need to find a different branch.

We just came to this location to set up a checking account. 5 employees were there, and we were told that we needed an appointment and couldn't be seen. There was only one other customer in the bank. My husband took off work so he could be there. We went to a different branch, and the employees we interacted with were pretty shocked that we were just turned away when we needed help. I have banked with Wells Fargo for 20 years and this is the first time a branch just refused to assist me. We will never return to this branch and WF almost lost a customer because of this experience.

I have been in banking for over 30 years. Wells Fargo has the worst customer service of any I have dealt with. I needed a check endorsed and after going to 2 branches, I still couldn't get it done. One requires an appointment just to get a signature. It's ridiculous!
