I've only been there once, twice. They are pathetically slow. I went to 2 today. The first one, I stood in a long line for 10 minutes and it didn't move. I left and went to a second one. I got lucky as people were leaving. They had a nice lady waiting on everyone while another one was walking around. I'm glad I got there when I did, because a line of 10 or more were behind me. I'm glad I don't bank there. Go to MAX for fast and courteous service.

I had a bad experience here on 10/20/2023 around 4:50P.M. where a female teller took $100 out of the cash I had taken and deposited it for me. When I kept saying I was missing $100, she said she had $100 and gave it to me. I felt so bad. It seems like she does such bad things to foreigners. I want to report this bad experience to prevent harm to others. Be sure to check your cash and deposit it!!

This bank is so slow. On days when they know people are cashing checks, making deposits they only have one teller. This has been going on for so long. Why don’t you all just hire some people.

Slowest drive thru ever!!!! Do banks get a tax credit for hiring incompetent people? Don’t bank here, they’re ungodly slow and their work ethic is lacking, meaning zero!

I tried to cash a cashiers check issued by Wells Fargo, the teller had me wait until he spoke with the manager, then asked me to wait in the lobby for the manager to see me. After 20 minutes the manager came to inform me that she couldn't cash the check because she couldn't verify from the issuing bank because it closed 5 minutes earlier.

Almost every time I come here they make me feel so unappreciated and unwelcome. There’s one specific banker (desk located behind the glass to the left when you walk in) who always seems irritated that I’m waiting to see a banker and she always tells me that without an appointment there’s no way I’ll be helped without asking what I need or anything. And has basically told me to leave or go to a different branch on several occasions. Max Credit Union would never ? one of the other bankers ( I think his name is Edward or something) he’s really nice and helpful and another young-ish black guy who is a teller is nice too but everyone else (with the exception of the lady who sits by the window because I’ve never interacted with her and the ones working the drive thru) needs a course on customer service and positive attitudes.

I walked into the bank in order to take care of some account issues that I was having. Upon walking into the bank, I noticed that 2/3 employees that were on the floor were not busy/not helping anyone at the time. After a few minutes of standing in the lobby and not being greeted, I stood in the bank teller's line to get help. I was directed by the bank teller to sit in the lobby and wait to be greeted by a floor employee. The ONE and ONLY employee (employee A) that was in the middle of helping another customer stopped what she was doing and informed me that I would be attended to shortly. After sitting a minute or two in the lobby, a NEW customer walks in the door and was instantly greeted by one of the floor employees (employee B) that were not doing anything. Once it was decided that the NEW customer did not need help from employee B, I (MYSELF) walked up to employee B and made it known that I was waiting to be helped. Instantly, employee B told me that she was busy, had appointments lined up, and I would need to make an appointment online to get help. I asked if I could make this appointment in person, and she scuffed like she was busy (let me mention that I watched her stuff her face and stare at a blank computer screen the WHOLE time being in the establishment). As we started to schedule an appointment for me to COME BACK to the establishment, employee A approached employee B and mentioned that she (employee B) could assist me while I was there, and employee A would just take on the appointments as they came in. Employee B told employee A "No." Both employee A and I were taken by surprise by this answer. As I stood there, the two ladies went back and forth in order to figure out what they wanted to do. Employee B continued to give excuses/reasons why she could not help me at this time. After a few minutes of nothing getting done, I told the ladies not to worry about it, and that I would just leave and visit another branch. As I started to back out of the parking lot, employee B started to walk out of the building and to my truck, but what she did not know was that it was too late to help me......... and let me mention, the THIRD employee (employee C) that was not doing anything when walking in, NEVER once took his eyes off his cell phone. It's like he forgot that he was at WORK. I applaud employee A for the acknowledgment of her customers, but she needs a team to work with her. I will not be visiting this branch again. The only reason for the 2 stars is due to employee A.

I remember going in and this lady attending me and my family mid way conversation she pulls out a nail clipper ??? and says “yeah there’s nothing we can do” infront of our faces. What “professionalism” definitely taking my business elsewhere.

I went into the corner stone branch to add a beneficiary to my accounts. I was able to add the indvidual. However, when I needed to had a POA to an account that I am on with my mother, I received the complete run around. Ms. Zeigler seemed to have to make numerous phone calls in an effort for this process. She says she needs the original; I leave. She calls, after I'm gone and says come back now and we can get it done; I was unable to return that day. An appointment was made for the following week at a specific time. When I arrived for the appointment, I was informed she left early. How professional! So Mr. Knight attempts to help, but also has to make numerous phone calls. At the end of this foolishness, i was told due to verbiage in POA (done by an attorney and is a legitimate POA), I could not add the POA to the account. Seems as if wells fargo is sneaking and making things difficult so in the event of a death, the money is theirs. I've closed one account and work to close all my business with wells fargo!

The teller was extremely kind and helpful. The wait time was not very long, considering it was a Friday. I recommend this branch for all of your banking needs.
