My husband and I came for a quick overnight stay to celebrate our honeymoon after 5 yrs of not getting to take one due to kids, work and life in general. The hotel is in a great location felt very safe with security cameras everywhere. The young lady when we checked in was fantastic. Our room was nice but the a/c did not work great. Had to lower ours down to 60 to get it semi comfortable. Bed was fantastic and comfortable. Breakfast was a little disappointing but for the value it was ok. Would stay here again.

Really needs updating bad. Filthy throughout. Very overpriced for what you get. It seems that a lot of hotels are nothing but dumps these days and the owners couldn’t care less. The breakfast food was not very good. The biscuits were the best part. The sausage looked raw and had no taste. The waffle cooker didn’t cook long enough. I cooked a waffle twice and it was still doughy.

Third time here, won't be back.
Rates too high. Hotel is showing it's age and lack of maintenance. Breakfast was yuk. Cold food, rock hard French toast, watery pancakes mix, etc .
NO USB PLUGS!
1 working ice machine, SLOW elevator, filthy carpet, filthy tub, no really hot water.
My Daytona hotel, across from the racetrack is $50 less per night and their attention to details is much higher. I no longer recommend this property

Check-in time shown on confirmation was 3:00 pm (not 4:00 as shown on Google maps). I arrived at 2:35 pm, and I realized it was possible I would have to wait. However, upon arrival, there was nobody at the check in desk. A housekeeping person came by and said the manager was checking rooms and would be with me shortly. After 10-15 minutes, I called the hotel phone number (shown on their room confirmation) from the lobby to see if that would arouse anyone's attention. It rang several times, then answered with an automated message that the number was no longer in service. Thinking I must have dialed incorrectly, I called again, making sure of the number, and received the same result. Finally, after a 25 minute wait, the manager showed up, asking if I would like to check in.
As for the room, it was adequate, but had obviously been a smoking room previously. The floor was very tacky and the refrigerator did not work. Otherwise, I seemed fairly clean. I was only staying one night, so I didn't make an issue out of the refrigerator.
The hotel is tucked in behind a ratty-looking restaurant and the grounds surrounded by weeds, both of which give a seedy impression of the place.
I will not be staying there again.

Nice and clean room.
Only complaint was small toliet that a child would even have a hard time using.
Compared to previous hotel I stayed at in the area, a definite improvement.
Rooms: Clean and quiet.
Noteworthy details: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Morning breakfast was exceptional.
I enjoyed my stay minus the small toilet.

Front desk woman doesn't seem to care about helping out. Anytime I have to repeat myself two to three times for like five different things, it's a pretty good indication that the person being spoken to is not really listening and or doesn't really care. It's pretty obvious to know through tone of voice who cares and who doesn't. It's not worth a high price of a hotel stay when there's deplorable customer service, like you don't feel welcomed. I spoke to other guests about my issue with her and they immediately knew exactly what I was talking about, they too had an issue with her not caring. This review is backed up by other guests too. One star review. I hope other employees are much better and care more and pay attention more and have a positive vibe. Otherwise for now. .one star review is well deserved. ..time went by, I had a complaint to share with the new guy on late shift after the woman left, he was really rude and said he didn't care repeatedly and tried to project his rudeness onto me, by trying to make it seem like I was the rude one. He didn't seem to want to help at all either, he threatened to kick me out of the hotel and none of that was necessary. What a horrible hotel of rude employees. Both employees seem like vampires. Ones who'd rather take from someone instead of helping. Ew! I rebuke you. Repent. The kingdom of heaven has come near to you. Repent, then come, follow me. .. more time went by, two complaints of the morning shift front desk woman and a tall black employee maybe housekeeping a shorter woman also possibly housekeeping was nice and acknowledged me and said hi in a kind and patient way and so did the woman employee working the breakfast area but the other two didn't know how to talk to me and didn't want to talk to me and were trying to cover up their rudeness in different ways. I rebuke those employees also that's four complaints for four different employees and that morning a guest agreed with me in my complaint the guest actually listened to me and could share a nice and patient conversation but not all guests were nice so it seems like no matter where in the United States of America there is a people that are rude and there is a people of kind patience although sometimes it seems like the mixture of people in any given place and time can be of either majority or an even balance or possibly in flux continually unless with faith and God the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit so this is not only a review now for a hotel experience that wasn't too great but also an analysis on the population of the United States of America and possibly and probably perhaps the world of people. .... You're either lying to yourself and to me, or such front desk staff have a biased view on who they decide to treat with great customer service and who they decide not to treat well. Biased.

Rooms need to updated! Bed was very hard and rolled to the middle, carpet had wrinkles in it, in the room and hall ways, not enough plug ins by the bed sides

Safety: Watch your valuables at this place. Someone went into my friend’s room , went through her purse and stole her money!! Has to be an inside job because no one has a key but the hotel staff and she had her do not disturb sign posted on her door. They knew she was working out in the fitness room and had time to go through her purse and take her money!! I don’t recommend anyone staying at this place where there are thieves and liars. So beware stay alert because they will get you!!
