I been here 3 times already and never had a problem besides one time , but this time it’s too much glue on my eyelashes, they hurt so bad my eyes been watering since I’ve had them done getting ready to take them off ! Money wasted. For 40 this happened 10-6-2025.

I went in this past Saturday (4/19/2025)
the work was very rushed and not properly done but i left thinking it was my fault because i had my son during the time but no, the glue used literally sucks and she did a poor job applying the lashes neatly.
Today is 4/23/2025 and yesterday (4/21) a STYE appeared on my eye after taking them off on 4/20
i recently got my eyebrows threaded here as well 4/8/2025 & i started getting bumps along my eyebrows so long story short i will not be back.
i only been to this location twice and both times weren’t so great, so save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else..

I came here last month my eyebrows were amazing I came again last week they have young girls working in there and my eyebrows are screwed they didn't even last 3 days and I got Tint which lasts over 2 weeks... Waste of money

Came here today was turned around, the girls seem very racist and judgmental. They saw me coming, and when I opened the car door to get out, one for them rushed to lock the door and turn the open sign off right on my face. Online it literally says 8pm so I told her “it says 8pm”, she told me “no 7pm” so I look at the time it was 6:50pm. Then she proceed to go and laugh with the other girls as they were looking at me. I just feels like they judge people a lot, and why are your times online “wrong” and you guys haven’t requested to change it. Well you people should think twice before coming, they’re cheap but definitely not a friendly environment.

I've been coming here for over five years, and my brows have always been fine. However, yesterday was a disaster. One technician applied too much wax on one brow, resulting in a huge chunk of hair being pulled out. Another technician had to step in to finish the process. I left in tears and won't be returning to this place again.

I’ve gone to this place every now and then for the last few years. I’ve never had a bad experience, and wanted to share. Last month for Halloween, I decided to get my lashes done. I had never gotten them done before and was a little anxious, but I wanted to try some thing new. I asked for a natural look and went with medium individual lashes. The lady who did them made them look amazing and they looked so natural. They just looked like an enhancement. I also let her wax and tint my eyebrows and she did an amazing job on those too.
This next part is why I will continue to go. After Halloween, I decided I wanted to have my eyelashes removed. Again, I only got them done for Halloween, and so I felt a little weird wearing them to work and what not. I attempted to loosen them on my own, but those babies were not budging! I saw a lot of the reviews saying their lashes fell off within hours. I left mine on for about a week, but they didn’t budge even after I tried oil, washed my face, etc. I decided to go back to them to have them removed. The lady who removed them got them off within minutes. When I asked her how much I owed her, she said, “Nothing. You don’t have to give me anything.” I was shocked. I asked if she would at least let me tip her and she obliged. As a customer, you always remember how someone treats you, and I just really appreciated my experience this time around and had to write a review. I’m about a month late, but I hope this helps. By the way, everyone is always nice to me when I go and I love the music that’s always playing. I will definitely go back for my eyebrows and tinting. And who knows? I may even try eyelashes again down the road.

I wish I could give 0 stars!!! Went to get my brows tinted and they look horrible! $30 and I am embarrassed to even been seen. They did ask if I want them to try to fix them but I refused out of fear that they would look worse. Never again! Waste of time and MONEY.

Def Do Not understand the assignment at this place! I went in for an eyelash removal and extension. I needed the removal of a few sparse lashes remaining from my 3 weeks old previous install. I went to the young lady in the back (left hand side once you walk in). After settling on a size 11mm so I could have a natural look, she began to work on my lashes and that's when I should've ran out of there! Anyway, after about 1 hour, she had called over the other young lady from the back sear on the right hand side who painfully attempted to install lashes in my corners. Overall, it took about 2 hours and I left unhappy. I returned a few hours later foe a fix and had been told the two ladies in the back are in training and not fully qualified. I had the lady who is the manager fix my corners but still left u happy. 5 days later, I had to have the lashes removed professionally. There were glops (huge drops) of glue in my lashes and it irritated my Lids and eyes so much. It usually takes my normal lash lady 20 mins to remove lashes but took almost an hour to remove mine due to the glue stuck in my lashes. It was a mistake supporting this business. I hope they read this and get qualified before proceeding more.
