Employee #13613969 told my mother her wedding ring could not be fixed after calling her to inform her that her ring was ready for pickup. She never informed her over the phone that it could not be fixed.. only to tell her in person that it cant be fixed due to her diamond being chipped after it fell from her ring.. mind you my mothers wedding ring is under warranty !! A N D I N S U R E D !!!! my mother had already came up there 3xs before !! Her husband called corporate and informed him that that is incorrect, it can be fixed especially with it being under warranty !! that lady was rude to my mother each time !!

I came in for vday to purchase a gift and the staff made the experience very pleasurable.. I came in stressed and left blessed lol. N' GINA Anderson is the best jewler we know. Because of the Zales system I have had to call on her several times and she has been there. I told her just this afternoon she is a God send for me and my husband. If it was not for this exceptional person we would have canceled or Zales account years ago. We are no longer in Montgomery, Alabama but that does not matter to our Gina she assist us anyway and she makes us feel like we are right in the store. I love the atmosphere she brings and have been working with her since 2013. Zales you have a treasure.
