I read a comment on here about customer service being lousy, and I can tell you for one that is absolutely not true! Everyone that works at this location are amazing! They are all helpful and understanding!

Awful customer service. Barbara, the CSR, is very disrespectful. They can also send you a letter in the mail stating they're closing your account and it gives ABSOLUTELY no reason of why. I changed banks immediately!

Customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. You wait in line to be told you can’t deposit your check because it’s 5:30 on the dot and “they’re open from 8:30 to 12 tomorrow”. The cons are starting to out weight the pros with Metro. Constantly having issues with online banking, mobile deposit, etc. For a bank so far behind the times you would think customer service would be paramount. This very well may be the experience that takes me away from banking with a local bank to a bank that has more to offer their customers, including customer service. Highly disappointed.

Metro Bank in Moody Alabama feels more like family than a bank always friendly, great attitudes ,great customer service, great people.

I have serious concerns about the intellectual faculties of the manager/VP at their location in Moody, Alabama. He often misquotes basic financial information and very rarely returns calls. The business client relationship at this institution is far from acceptable. Unless you are looking for a contraction of your business operations, I would never recommend engaging in a financial relationship with this bank/branch.
