Nice people work here! Let's face it - the only thing that can vary in a federal business is the people you encounter. They sell dictated products and services, so the employees make the difference. I have been greeted cordially and helped greatly each time I've entered here.

I (and many others) work with the employees here multiple times a week. They’ve always been extremely helpful, and kind. I’ve even had 2 shipments go missing down the road, and Moody’s management has tracked them down and made sure they arrived safe. When it wasn’t even their fault. Above and beyond.
I just wanted to give them praise, because there are so many post offices I’ve dealt with that were just exhausting and unhelpful.

Had to pick up a package a while back due to "no safe drop off location" because my houses main walkway was overgrown but they could still get to where ALL of my deliveries are supposed to go, which was not overgrown, and is infact a "safe delivery location" because its an enclosed porch. I can't help that Amazon ships through USPS sometimes, but I sure don't have to like it. I have had no issue with the staff inside the building, I will say that.

OK this has happened multiple times on different occasions where the person delivering a package says they were unable to deliver even though I or my husband was at home the whole day all day. Today's incident: notification"They attempted to deliver but were unable to deliver at 6:01pm." Time of notification was around 4pm to 4:20pm. Do they have a psychic? Or maybe their watch is fast? Then it says it was delivered, I go to check it's not there, and now message says "Customer has requested the shipment to be held for collection. Please collect your package once available for pick-up."No I did not.

The new mail carrier for My Kensington Parc community has a bad habit of not closing my mailbox door. Never has been left open in 14 months! But yet this mail carrier just simply drives off with the mailbox door wide open exposing my mail to rain and wind, and the potential thieves! My mail box is in perfect condition. The door works just fine! So why is this happening? Why is the door left open? Why is it that it is left open on the occasion when I am gone for the weekend? This issue really needs to STOP!!. This is a frequent problem with the new mail carrier on my route. Could it be because the carriers fingernails are to manicured to close the mailbox door?I want my mailbox door closed after it is opened. I have security cameras that focus on my drive including the mailbox. Therefore I know it has not been tampered with or opened by someone other than myself or the mail carrier.

This specific location in Moody, Al has an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very rarely is there huge lines so it is usually a very pleasant experience.

Living at this address fro 24 years and all of a sudden mail not being delivered and also misdelivered license tags delivered to neighborsUp the road praise god she was honest she brought them to me. $485 dollars worth.who pays if I never received them?????

I was very impressed with David who was treated very unjustly and rude by a family in front of me. He was calm and polite through it all even though they were taking their frustration out on him despite it having nothing to do with him. Then when I engaged with him regarding their rudeness he said he hadn’t noticed. Not only respectful to their face, but behind their back! This man needs to be manager.

Shipping items out of the Moody post office Is just like playing Russian roulette.Mail delivery is awesome, she is spectacular. But the staff inside, well, rocks with lips.

We l have no problems w our mail lady erica. She's sweet, quick and she knows all of the neighborhood. I guess they've taken up a new mail person for our neighborhood bc my mail is being put in others slots as well as not showing up at all nowThinking the new courier is too lazy to walk my packages to the porch. Instead they'll put orange notes in my box to make me come get them/ pick them up myself . I signed up for informed delivery , and thank God bc they're putting my mail in my neighbors box. Gee thanks!!!
