Madison mobile is a fraudulent company that exchanges good parts from one customer truck to repair another customer truck without customers consent. The shop fixed one problem and created another problem resulting in having to cancel high paying load. The shop manager stated in order for me to not have to miss my load that he would remove a part from another customer truck so I could complete my load until my part was ordered and arrived.
Upon my pre trip inspection I discovered that after they repaired the exhaust leak I now had an oil leak that I didn’t previously have. I also discovered they had exchanged all four of my drive axle brake pads and hub/hub seals with brake pads that had no padding. The change of my brake pads could’ve resulted in injury or death for me and other innocent civilians. Just a week before they had fixed my exhaust leak, my truck was in their shop for a different repair and 4 hrs after leaving their shop my starter went out.
These are convenient inconveniences that aren’t just happening after leaving madison mobile shop. They also cut corners by reusing gaskets and other parts that should’ve been replaced when completing repairs. I was told they cut corners to keep the customer bill low. Madison mobile and 565 trailer sales practices are discriminatory toward a certain ethnic group and should not be tolerated. Attached below are my brakes original sn number from when repaired at southland international in Madison, Al and the ones they exchanged with. I also have a recording of the head mechanic stating that they change parts.

This is my 1st and last time doing buisness with this shop. They kept my truck 2 days longer than promised which casused me lost wages, no follow updates, i had to call to get updates, i went to pick my truck up and that took 35 mins they did not even know where my key was.Avoid them if possible!!!
