Horrible excuse for a pharmacy. Way over priced and if you call to check on your prescription you get an automated teller that is no help at all. The only way to know if your medicine is ready is to physically drive to the location. Hope your not really sick and have to put up with the runaround it takes over a hour to go through the automated system

I find the pharmacists and all pharmacy personnel to be personable, friendly and very helpful. They have a heavy workload and CVS corporate determines the numbers of pharmacists and other personnel who can be there for each day or shift. I feel they go out of their way to do what I need when needed. They are good to help with new meds also.

Wonderful Pharmacists. We never have a long wait either at the drive-thru window or inside. They have a very efficient, friendly, and professional staff.

No rating deserved. Watch your carepass and extra rewards and coupons account carefully because CVS no longer checks ids to ensure tha person using the account actually owns the account.
My monthly care pass and extra pass coupons and credits were stolen and the customer service representative that I received from calling the customer service number was no help and kept insisting my account was cancelled when you can look on the system and see it was active and paid for annually so the cancellation was not until the renewal date

Does not fill prescriptions same day. Took 30 minutes to get anti biotics the next day sitting in drive through outside window waiting. Only car there. No line at counter. The people just don't care. Go to Walmart. Or somewhere else.

Everyone is kind and helpful. Pharmacists are great. They know us, willing to help find the best price for our insurance.Some of the prices on items in store are a little high.The buy one get one ½ price specials aren't all that, seems anything we would buy, they only have one item.

I agree with some of these people. I wouldn't recommend to anybody to come to CVS in Moulton. How far every one of them. And find me something I want to work. This is the sorriest place.

Pretty good store. Cashiers are always prompt. Pharmacy is usually good, as long as the medication is in stock.

Funny HOW people don't take pharmacy cards with them inn their wallets all the time..Funny HOW people expect a small town pharmacy to always carry their med in stock. ( meds havw a shelf life like some foods do.) Even bigger pharmacies WILL run out of meds as others may use same med or prescription your Dr writes is so rarely prescribed . THUS my suggestion to pharmacy consimers .. Be more patient. Call pharmacy ahead of time to see if med readily available for your prescription.If unprofessional customer service. ... That's a whole different matter that PHARMACY MANAGERS MUST nip in the bud asap via increased customer service training by corporate.Everyone has a choice where their dollars are spent.
