The self checkout lanes, which consist of four registers, hardly ever seem to be open. Everytime I go in there, there is only one cashier checking a long line of people out which in turn causes many people to just leave. The employees are great and have always been super friendly, and I know it's not their fault. Otherwise, the store is clean and a huge convenience for our community.

I came in for a gallon of tea there was none. Went to get some Hi-C instead there was none. I can keep going but the moral of the story is your shelves are empty, and you have no employees to fill them.. Seems like you put in self check out to eliminate employees, but when I was there no one was using the self check out and there was a long line at the one employee in the store.

Everything online says they close at 11:00pm but tried to go at 10:15 and they were closed. That needs to be updated if that’s the case.

It's sad they only have 1 cashier tonight. The self checkouts are not being utilized. There are 12 people in line waiting to checkout. Hopefully it will soon get better when they workout all of the kinks.

What an awful experience tonight. Poor customer service by both associates. Rushing people to get out of the store 10 minutes before closing. Lying about restroom being out of order when it wasn't. Having a bad attitude at the register and complain they didn't know how to apply a digital coupon and saying there about to close and that they didn't know how to do it.
