I would like to shout out to Edward Simmons. He was so sweet and helpful. He helped my friend get a phone. He went above and beyond with his kindness. Also very helpful with helping me find the right phone for me. Thank you so much Edward for all your help and kindness. We need more people in the world like you!!

Long lines at checkout. Usually 1 human check-out at cigarette aisle. Self-check outs are only open at one side most of time, and only half of those work. Lots of pallets of merchandise blocking pathways. Walmart+ is a joke, they will not deliver for free unless you pay the $10 upcharge for express delivery. The pick-up app inventory hasn't been updated in a year, items that show up as out of stock have plenty on shelf in the store. Place is bad need of a management shakeup.

Went there this AM around 8AM (Sat). There was a lady standing at the door with her face in her phone who didn't notice us. Greeter? Tried to get down aisles but many were blocked by skids with no one unloading them. Several staff either standing around talking to each other or pushing those online buggies for curbside pick up/ delivery so fast that we feel like they'll literally run into us if we don't get out of their way. One was stocking a shelf, asked if she could help us find something & when we said "No, thank you" she said " Whatever! ". Wasn't our 1st or 2nd bad experience there. Next time we'll go to a different store that's hired decent people.

My son just purchased a game system from the Moulton Wal-Mart...he played over 400.00 dollars for it...brings it home , hooks it up and the disc drive had a disc in it.!?...up on closer inspection the disc drive don't work properly...so he returns it with the receipt...the serial numbers on the box and the system don't match...no fault of my son's but you slick ignorant managers won't let him swap it for a new one...anyone that knows my son knows he is a good man, he's honest and a hard worker and would never try to return a used syatem...all of you ignorant managers that were there know him and have worked with him in the past...y'all know him you worked with him and still he bought a new system and ended up with a broken one...does that sound fair to you at all... I WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE AT MOULTON WAL-MART AGAIN ...I suggest to any of my friends or family that still shop here to take your business elsewhere...it could have been anyone of you in the same situation...these managers know my son...know he is a good honest man and still he ends up with their garbage...I only gave a 5 star to call attention...
