After being a loyal customer of this agent for 5 years, I would like to share a piece of information for the potential and current clients. Amy Gardner's team was very helpful until a couple years ago, however, the service quality has seriously regressed in recent days. I had a minor car accident dating back 3 months ago. It was not my fault, so one of their service representatives initiated a claim, and that was it. I was left alone from that point and there was no way to get help from any of them in the long claim process against the other driver's insurance company.Apparently, they cannot provide you extensive assistance because their office does not have a sufficient manpower to do so. I just spoke the Amy Gardner herself this afternoon for about 25 minutes, and this is what I was told:1. They get 1-2 new claims everyday, and they cannot check on every single case EVEN once in three days or so.2. That I was not seriously injured like some of the other customers that require this office's assistance. There are people out there who have had limbs amputated, etc. (It sounds like you won't get a customer service you deserve unless you get in a serious car accident with severe injuries). I want to seriously express how grateful I am that the other driver and I have not had any serious injuries like Amy Gardner was describing to me over the phone and that my heart goes out to the people who have experienced these types of situations and their families. I also believe that I deserve a basic level of understanding when it comes to something like my vehicle that gets me to the job that I support my family with and/or when it comes to getting a replacement vehicle in meantime. I understand that these agents do not have access to all of the information that I am needing but to belittle me over the phone saying I have no idea how the process works and to not give me constructive information to combat those claims when I ask for updates seems a little hostile. Please just know that this office does not care about their potential long term employees who have good driving records and seem to only be interested in the most severe cases when it comes to assisting their clients.Statefarm is a great insurance company, but please stay away from this agent and save yourself from stress.If you are thinking about switching agents, expect at least 20 minutes of being interrogated over the phone about why you are transferring your policies to another agent along with having someone belittle your knowledge about the industry.Thank you.-Tom

Amy is the reason I’ve been with State Farm for over 5 yrs! She doesn’t stop until your satisfied and she always finds ways for me to save money all while getting the best coverage. If I could give more stars I would!!

Worst insurance company experience ever. If you have any issues they just direct you to technical support and provide you with no help. I dont even know what they do sitting on their desks. Stupid answers from the agents.So difficult to reach amy gardener, when in first place she was the one selling the insurance and now not even wanting to speak to the clients!

Update Per Agent's response: I don't think there was a misunderstanding when I called July 22nd to let you know that I was canceling my auto insurance, I then called back on August 23rd and again on September 12th after I had been charged again! I don't think you were waiting to here back from me, not to mention my agent from Alfa (highly recommend to anyone looking for an insurance company) called to confirm cancelation because we kept getting the run around.Stay away from this agent! In July I canceled my auto insurance and they refused to cancel it. As of this morning I have been charged again for a policy I have canceled. They give you the run around saying they have to have proof of insurance before they cancel, which is not legally required. This is not how State Farm is run and they need to be reported because of unethical practices at this location.

I'm only giving a one-star review because it's not possible to give zero Stars! Do not buy insurance with this agency no matter what! I attempted to file a claim and was told that they - the agency- would decide if I could file the claim, I have never heard of such! When I finally canceled my auto insurance, I was bombarded with harassing phone calls and questions about my new insurance carrier. I was also told that I could not cancel my homeowners insurance before I had sold my home. The office staff changes continuously because they are work study students who know nothing about insurance and definitely nothing about customer service. Very unprofessional and little insurance knowledge in the entire office.
