“I cannot recommend this Relax the Back location enough. My husband just purchased his second Lifeform office chair as the first chair seat had started to give out after 6 years of heavy use. Bob is so personable and easy to work with. He even came in earlier then normal store hours for us to pickup the new chair as it worked with my husband's work schedule. He was also so kind to our children who came with us to pick up the new chair as well. Its so hard to find that level of customer service these days.”

(James), mattress expert (Tracy), store manager and even the district manager who happened to be there today. All were very helpful and attentive but we never felt rushed. “Had a great experience buying our pool from here, we had one hiccup with a valve not wanting to open but Josh Brasher the service manager came out and fixed it right up he was very kind and gave us several pointers on our pool too! He went above that and took a water sample with him back to Birmingham and later texted us to let us know everything was great!”
