“Customer service was great!!! I am visiting from Maryland and had an issue with a new phone I acquired prior to arriving in Birmingham. The atmosphere was professional. RICO B. assisted me and was very knowledgeable, courteous and handled my matter rather quickly. Because of Rico’s level of customer service, I will definitely return to this location when in the city visiting family again. I highly recommend this AT&T store.”

“Leslie was very nice and she went out of her way to get my number ported. T-Mobile gave me the info but it wouldn't transfer. She stayed late trying and after 45 muns after closing I told her could retry tomorrow. She really went out of her way and for that my experience was a 10/10 it wasn't her fault”

“It's a really great place for any of your phone/electronics matters. First time we came to this store in 2024. My son turned 14 and we got him an iPhone and an Apple Watch. He still enjoys them till this day. Today we went there to get an iPhone and an Apple Watch for my daughter. The owner Sadi always provides an exceptional care for your needs and offers his professional advice. I hope my daughter will like these gifts. She is turning 14 in May 😊🥳”

“My iPhone 15 got harder to charge. The charge cord wouldn’t stay in and finally would not charge at all. I took it to AT&T and they determined the charging port was clogged with stuff. I wear overalls and have a drawstring attached to the phone, to have easy access. They dug and dug. Potato chips, cookies, saw dust, no telling what. No Charge! I purchased a magnetic charger, new magnetic case and screen protector. It’s hard to find service like this now days! THANKS! The next day, the Lady taught me how to use the magnetic charger. THANKS AGAIN!! Us old folks need lots of help. It’s great to see this amount of understanding and help.”

“After using an Apple iPhone 13 for many years, I decided it was time to get a new one. I have always gone to the Verizon store on Highway 31 In Vestavia. There is a relaxed and pleasant climate there. I have never felt pressured about buying, And have appreciated all the help I have gotten from the techs at the store. Brandon was certain no exception. He was pleasant, pPolite and professional. He knows his business and he knew exactly how to guide me to just the right phone for me. I bought a 17 E and I am so pleased with it. If you need a phone or just want some advice about the phone, you have go to the Verizon Vestavia store. Be sure to ask for Brandon what a gentleman! #lovenewphone!”

“If I could rate this location with a 6 star review, I would. Unfortunately I forgot the store reps name (since its been a few days since I had my experience at this establishment) but she was absolutely phenomenal. Everything from her customer service, to knowledge of the company and products was tea. she helped me get the results I needed and If it weren't for the affordability aspect of at&t I would still use them as a provider, their customer service is top tier.”
