Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. I went to get a new prescription filled and they didn't have it in stock. I asked to get a price on the prescription so I was prepared for when I came to pick it up. The young male pharmacist with glasses spoke so rudely to me about having to do that for me, I took my prescription across the street. Will never be using this so called pharmacy ever again!

There has aways been something warm and welcoming about walking into a family owned pharmacy. The Harbin Discount Pharmacy is located in the heart of Crestline and it is something spectacular. It is not just a pharmacy they have some beauty items, some home decor and most importantly they have some of the nicest people working here. This is a feel good type of business. You are not only supporting a family owned and operated business, but you are getting the customer service that you would not typically get if you were at a CVS or other generic pharmacy around. Pharmacists who will take the time to explain exactly what the prescriptions are and how you will feel when taking them, also what do do if any of the sid effects make you feel a little wonky. I think I might have to make the switch to a family owned pharmacy, rather then fielding my money into others like CVS or Walgreens. You feel better and better taken care of at the family owned anyway.

The pharmacy is great the people are nice but the parking on their busy street is almost impossible to even visit them. Unless you want to walk down a block or two to get there you might want to go to somewhere with better parking.

I switched to HARBINS from CVS 5 years ago they give stellar service! The pharmacists take time to explain anything about my prescription that I question and the staff understands and will explain the complicated process insurance benefits etc. The staff is personable and knowledgeable . Of course they carry all of the nonprescription items that you expect in a drug store. Delivery service is fast and reliable.
