“I had such a positive experience at Soap Box. My dryer had died and I needed to dry a lot of soaking wet towels. Tilly greeted me when I walked in the door. She immediately came to my aid and helped me choose how to dry my things. She was so kind and attentive. There were 2 TVs available to watch. The equipment was clean and worked efficiently. Very reasonable prices for the dryers (I did not use the washers). I will absolutely come back if I ever find myself without a washer or dryer.”

“I come here frequently even though we have a laundry room with slightly cheaper coin operated machines at the apartments I live in. The problem with the laundry room at home is half the machines don’t work and for the ones that do, let’s just use the term “work” loosely and leave it at that.
Coming to this laundromat makes laundry day easier and actually quicker even with having to load up the car and leave home. I love the fact that their small washers can fit 2 normal sized loads. The large machines? WOW!! And even the small dryers are massive! Another good thing, all the washers and dryers are pretty fast. A couple of times, I’ve brought almost everything I own at once that can go in a washer and dryer and spent less than 3 hours here. Even if I had the laundry room to myself at home, that’d be impossible. It’d take me all day on both a Saturday and Sunday to do that.
Here’s the best part: anyone who’s ever been working when I come here is always super nice and helpful. I get the feeling that they’re genuinely happy to work here. Even if you don’t need them for anything, seeing them interact with other customers is nice. They make a mundane, often annoying (for me anyway, lol!) chore extremely pleasant!”

“Hands down one of the best cleaners/alterers I have ever used. Not only do they do an excellent job with cleaning, pressing, and stain removal, but their repairs and hems are incredible. They were able to repair a button on the back of my Burberry trench (which involved deconstructing the coat, fixing the button, and putting the coat back together), and repair a vertical tear along the button line to a Marni button-down without it being noticeable. They have removed old drink/food stains from numerous coats and jackets (easily >5-year-old stains) that we assumed were lost causes. “I wanted the sleeves to a blouse shortened. The buttons(3 each sleeve) were removed.The sleeves were turned up, twice, the folding was tacked in place. The buttons were sewnon the fold of the cuff. I was not measured by a person who knows how to alter garments(red flag). Spoke with owner, ask me to bring the blouse back, so he or an employee can seethe blouse and decide what to do. The company needs to hire a seamstress who knows how to do alterations. The button holes were covered by the buttons, can’t button cuffs.”
