Such a beautiful location to have such awful customer service. They do not have enough people working to take care of their customers. Also they are unfortunately not very knowledgeable about plants. Beautiful store but service is worse than a big box store

Unprofessional manager ! While he initially seemed pleasant it appears it was not authentic concerning the curtisie of returning his promised call to me ... giving him the benefit of perhaps he was too busy I reached out again with NO REPLY once again ! My interest in the company was professional however you lost a customer as well ! I refuse to shop here , how unfortunate as it was highly recommend to me as a new comer to Birmingham !
