I got off late and couldn’t get any nail salon to accept me. I went to Nail Tek & they had great customer service ! They accepted me as a walk in 20 minutes before they closed and they didn’t rush me at all. My nails are beautiful !!!! Just in time for my nice dinner tomorrow.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Do not come here. I’ve had three horrible experiences after but the most recent was the worst. I got an SNS manicure and the next day, the gel top coat started peeling off. I went back to get it fixed and they refused to help me and said it was because I did something wrong. They said they can’t say what happened after I left and if i wanted it fixed I would have to pay for a new set. I understand if it was weeks later, but the next day??? Clearly it was something with the polish and nothing I had intentionally done. It was ridiculous and they, Ms. Kim in particular, were so incredibly rude. Do not spend your hard earned money here!!

These nails broke after 3 days which is Unacceptable because they charged me 85 dollars for a FILL IN !

By far one of the worst pedicures that I have ever had. The service was for a pedicure. They didn’t ask me if I wanted anything other than a basic pedi, the lady just proceeded with the standard. They asked the others next to me. I found that odd, but whatever. Some may wonder if they were closing. The answer is no!!!! I walked in a little after 4p and they close at 7p.

3 hours and $200 later before tip, I have a gel pedi, dip nails and my daughter got her nails and toes painted only. THREE hours!! $200!! Crazy high prices for mediocre work. The owner was nice but then passed me off to someone who seemed to be apprenticing. An apprentice is fine - we all have to learn somehow.. but please don't charge normal pricing for someone that takes that long and leaves bumps and humps in the dip nails. The tech also picked hardened dip powder off of the top of my nail/on my finger with a tweezer and made me bleed. I didn't have warm towels or foot scrub as described in the deluxe pedicure, my fingernails are various lengths and I am really frustrated I spent that long and that much on these services. We are here from out of town and I should've done better research on where to go.

I’ll definitely recommend! I can’t stand my nails being done soooo slow and it still comes out ugly! In this case I was in and out and I loved that! My nails were so cutely done! The lady was so nice, definitely my new nail spot!

I had never been to this nail place before but decided to go because I knew they had two kids pedicure chairs. I called in advance to make an appointment for a pedicure for my 3 yo daughter and her 5 yo friend, as well as myself, and was told no problem. I showed up with the kids on time for the appointment but three people walked in ahead of me. I don’t know if they had appointments or not but we waited for over 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we had been waiting. I had to forfeit my treatment because it took so long for them to actually get to the girls that we were nearly late to get my other daughter from daycare. When I call ahead and get an appointment, especially when I have kids with me, I expect to wait no more than 10 minutes. I couldn’t leave because I had promised them these pedicures - had it been just me, I would have left. It was an all around frustrating experience and I won’t go back.

This place is amazing!! Everyone was so friendly and chatting with them made our visit so fun. The pedicure I got was wonderful. The leg massage put my boyfriend to sleep. Wine included! I will definitely be visiting again!

PLEASE BEWARE!!! I wish I had read the reviews before I visited. This business appears to have racist practices when it comes to certain customers. I went to get a manicure and pedicure. I was the only African American within the company. The other 7 patrons were white. They appeared to be having a great experience. I told the nails tech recommendations of extra services and had a rushed experience. While sitting getting a pedicure the nail tech came over and started during my manicure while standing up. I was so confused and asked why I couldn't enjoy the expensive pedicure I purchased and then transition to the manicure station as is normal behavior. I was told that this way was find and to relax. The women performing the pedicure also stopped 4 times to start working on other clients and the women doing the manicure, at the same time, would then start doing my toes. Soooo unprofessional. I expressed my issues with feeling rushed and stopping on me to start on several other clients. I was simply told "Sorry you feel that way". I expected better for a nail spa in the Mountain Brook community. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN.

Gel manicure always last 2+ weeks because they do a great job and make sure the gel isn’t lipped up on the edges anywhere. 10/10!
