I had a golf evaluation at this facility. Staff were very nice and knowledgeable, facility was clean and had all equipment you would need for a great workout. Friendly environment that makes exercise enjoyable :)

I’ve been working out for only a few weeks but have made some progress in my conditioning already. My trainer has been patient and careful to not overdo the workout while still pushing me to make progress.
