Shell is a full service station with an auto repair garage. The owners and employees are great all around, giving excellent and accommodating customer service. They are helpful with car emergencies, including issues with headlights, windshield wipers, and mounting tires. The staff goes above and beyond to make customers feel heard and taken care of, earning strong accolades and recommendations. It is a 10/10 service station in Crestline village.
Kaleb does a phenomenal job. Checks tires, refills washer fluid, and washes windshield all before the pump kicks off. Straight out of the nascar pits!! That man deserves a raise!! Very friendly and respectful young man.

Had a wonderful experience today when I got a completely flat tire a few miles away in Mountain Brook Village. I called them and they came to me to put my spare on and charged me next to nothing. I so appreciated their friendly service for something I expected them to say no to!
