I've used this bank for my two businesses as well as my personal account and joint account with my spouse for years without issue. Everyone here is incredibly nice and helpful, and my bank/coffee shop trip is definitely my favorite errand of the week.

My fiancé and I came to the drive through yesterday to make a deposit. The white girl with blonde hair was EXTREMELY rude and didn’t even ask us how we were doing. It seems to me that she treated us differently because maybe we weren’t wearing our Sundays best or because we were an interracial couple. But either way, her energy was disgusting. Another white old gentleman pulled up beside us and was welcomed with such warmth. I hope this is not how you run your business with judge mental or potentially racist people. But you’ve defiantly have lost my business forsure!

I've always wanted to start a bank account here. But after seeing how they treat other people, especially in the food industry which is where I'm in, I think I'm going to go with a bank that treats others better. No one wants to fear of being judged and treated poorly

I am so very excited to report that I will be closing my account with synovus. This is more a reflection on the company as a whole than this particular branch, but something needs to be said publicly. I've been a customer for over two years and have dealt with ATMs that are never functional, a decline in the quality and helpfulness of the in-store staff, customer service that is terribly unhelpful, ridiculously long hold time for deposited checks, lack of clarity with available balance, and anything else you can think of. Switching to WF where the online banking is functional and service is top notch and I will NOT be back.

Just had a simple question about obtaining foreign currency. After laborious maneuvering through the useless phone menu I called the phone number listed for Crestline branch only to be told that the number was elsewhere. The "customer service representative" was clueless. Their website and customer service is pitifully poor, seriously considering another bank to do business with.

Said on Google open till 6pm I just drove 20 minutes to get there by 5:40 and it closes at 5pm and says 5 on the door. Y'all need to get it together technology is to great for y'all to not have it together.
