Terrible company. For no reason at all I'll just have no data from 1130-1244(tonight.) Can't call or access customer support. VZW will not load. This happens several times a month and for hours at a time for no reason at all.
I FEEL CHEATED i think i basically bought a brick that happens to do what it wants when it wants.

I've been with Verizon for 13 years and this is the first review I have given a store because my experience was phenomenal. Amy McCoy at the Mountainbrook 280 store was a pleasure to work with. She did not try to upsell me, was extremely knowledgeable, and made a usually dreaded visit (from past experience) actually fun! Highly recommend this location!

We’re a military family that came in to upgrade to the new iPhone 15. We told the sales agent that we were moving to Germany in a few months and discussed the ability to use Verizon while living abroad for three years and what our bill would look like with the move and new phones. He quoted us an extra $15 for service per phone once we moved to Germany.
Fast forward two months, we moved to Germany and found out that the extra $15 was per DAY. Not per month. While we live here for three years. So we had to buy out our two brand new iPhones in order to port our numbers to a German provider.
Absolutely unacceptable. We wouldn’t have upgraded to new phones if we’d known the service wasn’t sustain long term.

Anthony, at the Verizon store in Mountain Brook, did a great job helping me switch my plan for 4 lines to a different plan that will give me better service, but is less expensive than my current plan. He also helped me upgrade my phone and transferred everything over from my new phone to my old. He wrote everything down for me and gave me his number in case I had any questions or problems with the phone or service. Highly recommend!

We had to replace an older phone with a damaged screen while we were traveling, so we picked this Verizon store. We received excellent customer service from Anthony G. He promptly backed up the data and then transferred everything over to the new device. He was great at explaining all the new charges, warranty, and everything else related to the new device purchase. Installed the screen protector as well. Awesome store!

We had a great experience with Anthony who helped us at 2 different locations, Vestavia and Mt Brook. He got us into a much needed upgraded plan saving us lots of Monday by bundling services such as Netflix/max etc. we signed up for Verizon internet and it saved us $56/month and is a stronger signal with simpler set up. Highly recommend.

I experienced very poor customer service from two salesmen at this location. It felt like I was arguing with seventh grade boys about who was right and who was wrong. I think I’m good not getting help from this location again ??

Great place with a very helpful staff.
My salesperson Joy, was extremely helpful and efficient at getting 2 phones swapped out. She went well above and beyond in making sure the process was seamless, even came in on her day off to help swap my wife's phone.
I highly recommend Joy & this place.

I Went in today to pay a bill. James was rude. His customer service was nonexistent. Very blunt and provided no explanation on the questions we were asking. A no with a good attitude and explanation is acceptable. I didn't appreciate his tone towards my mom or his demeanor. I simply wanted to pre-pay my mother's bill b/c she's been sick and I didn't want her to have to worry about it for the upcoming 3 mths as I stay 4 states away. I've done this before and it shows as a credit. When I asked if I could do it today he said no. I asked why and he said that's the way it is. I left and went to another location and was able to do it.

I had such a great experience at this Verizon! Austin was a huge help and was so kind. I was helped as soon as I stepped through the door and was out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend this location!
