I Went in today to pay a bill. James was rude. His customer service was nonexistent. Very blunt and provided no explanation on the questions we were asking. A no with a good attitude and explanation is acceptable. I didn't appreciate his tone towards my mom or his demeanor. I simply wanted to pre-pay my mother's bill b/c she's been sick and I didn't want her to have to worry about it for the upcoming 3 mths as I stay 4 states away. I've done this before and it shows as a credit. When I asked if I could do it today he said no. I asked why and he said that's the way it is. I left and went to another location and was able to do it.

I had such a great experience at this Verizon! Austin was a huge help and was so kind. I was helped as soon as I stepped through the door and was out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend this location!

Best and easiest phone store experience I have had. Switched providers and got a new phone thanks to Jerry. He was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and made the process seamless. Highly suggest this location!

Austin was amazing today. My phone went into some crazy mode and he was able to fix it for me. Even though I was mad at my phone, Austin took the time to fix my phone so it would not go into that mode again. Verizon is lucky to have him. Thanks again!!

my IPhone 13 has been giving me nothing but trouble!! I t want let me cal any 1800 numbers or family members. I will never get another one again! The sign said open but the the door is locked! Worst experience I have ever had!!!

Save yourself a big headache & go somewhere else!!!! I needed to replace 2 phones in October. I had to take a family member to AT&T & they made me an excellent offer to switch. Since I was a very long time customer of Verizon, I took it there to see if they could match it or beat it. They beat it but unfortunately, none of it was true. I was at this location for HOURS & I’m paying much more than I was quoted. Every time I went back into this location they would say I was going to see these charges eventually fall off my account & I’d receive a refund only that has never happened. I’ve called Verizon & many of the things this location promised me were not true. I’m not sure who to believe because each time I call Verizon I’m given a different story. Three different supervisors have told me they willresearch it further & get back to me only they never have. I truly cannot believe the way I have been treated. I have been lied to repeatedly. It’s very sad. My phone is due to changed but I will not be going back with Verizon. Please be very careful dealing with these people.

Do not trust them! I've been a customer for many, many years. I took a family member to AT&T & they gave me a great offer to upgrade my phones. "Trying" to be loyal, I took the offer to Verizon to see if they could beat it. They gave me a great deal only NONE of it was real. I waited there for HOURS while they changed my phones, etc. I've called Verizon MANY times & have spoken with many supervisors who promise to look into it & call me back, only they don't. My bill is hardly what they offered-$80 more. I've never been so disappointed & disgusted with their customer service. Go somewhere else!!!! They have NO loyalty

I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and I have never had such an exceptional service experience. Jake was extremely knowledgeable about every offer, all features, accessories, setting up iPhone and iPad. He was unbelievably helpful. The Apple Store referred me to the Verizon store because I didn’t buy my iPad from them, it seems Apple didn’t want to help even though I had an appointment. Apple Store referral to Verizon turned out to be so beneficial for my plans and devices because I met Jake. He knew everything and was such a pleasure to work with and extremely supportive. On one visit to the store I watched as he helped another customer with an android phone, he knew everything about those phones and plans too. Jake is a rock star for Verizon customers. An extremely valuable asset and I am so thankful for all his help. Jake is normally at the Mt Brook, AL location however because he is so great he also goes to other stores to assist.
