“Came across Pants Store in search for some shoes I haven't been able to find anywhere in person but they had! I ordered online to ensure pickup as I was coming through from out of town, and amazing doesn't even begin to describe this store, but more importantly the staff!! Apologies in advance for a long review but,I could write a page describing how wonderful my experience was here. To keep a long story shortish...I was unaware of the store sale going on and was contacted before even arriving that they honored that price without me even asking. I decided to come back for another pair on my way back home a week later, to find even BETTER deals so had to grab a couple pairs for some friends too. I have to give wonderful kudos to the one lady in particular that helped me both days. I'm so regretful I did not get her name but my receipts say either Christy N. or Katie P.The most kind, patient, friendly service I think I have been given in a store!!!!
