I typically always shop at Autozone across the states that I live in and visit in and have always been met w courtesy employees; however, Marie the Store manager at this location and Amy, her sidekick/ MIT, have been the best so far. They gave advice, checked out my concerns, gave me education on the topic and treated me w respect. Thank you for a great experience and keep up the great work and excellent customer service.

Auto Zone need self check out!! Staff are slow and answering phone calls over customers inside the store. Please add self check out or back to Walmart l go!!!

Great service at this store. Special thanks & ? to Chris. He insisted on coming outdide in the rain to put new wiper blades on for me even though it could have waited. Great guy.

This store has gotten me in the clear quickly with parts and worrisome check engine codes on several occasions. Staff always personable, courteous, and knowledgable. 1 stop shop for all my detailing and maintenance needs.

I was recently in the store and needed my headlights replaced. These guys were so dedicated and didn’t stop until they got the job done. The lights were extremely hard for them to get to but they worked for almost an hour until they got them in. My husband is disabled and they went above and beyond to help me. Much appreciated and I’m grateful. Thank you muscle shoals auto zone employees. Great job!!Marci Wisdom
